In a speech candidate Trump delivered in Cincinnati on December 1, 2016 he said, “We will pursue a new foreign policy that finally learns from the mistakes of the past.  We will stop looking to topple regimes and overthrow governments.  Our goal is stability not chaos. “In our dealings with other countries we will seek shared interests where-ever possible and pursue a new era of peace understanding and goodwill.”

What happened Mr. President? Shortly after your election, you bombed Syria and sent an additional 20,000 troops to Afghanistan prolonging the longest war in US history.  Not only have you failed us Mr. President, congress has also failed us in shirking their duty under the War Powers Resolution of 1973.  It is a federal law intended to restrict the president's power to commit the United States to an armed conflict without the consent of the U.S. Congress. It says that the President can send U.S. Armed Forces into action abroad only by declaration of war by Congress, or in case of an attack upon the United States.

The President must notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days, with a further 30-day withdrawal period, without a Congressional authorization for use of military force or a declaration of war by the United States. The resolution was passed by two-thirds of Congress, overriding the veto of the bill from President Nixon.

The War Powers Resolution has been violated many times by past presidents but none of these violations have resulted in any successful legal actions being taken against the president.

If Congress had truly represent their constituents by  adhering to the War Powers Resolution, it may have resulted in stopping the U.S. from becoming one the most feared nations in the world  because of its unconstitutional attempt  to spread democracy and regime change even to democratically elected leaders of other countries.

Constitutional Issues

The constitution includes many checks and balances but the war power is probably the most controversial. Article I is clear in giving Congress the power to declare war and to federalize state militias, but Article II, section 2, names the President “Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States.

There has been a debate for years by Constitutional scholars whether the position of Commander in Chief actually gives the President authority to open hostilities or whether it was merely a title the Founders conferred on the President.

A close reading of the Convention debates suggests that the framers intended to limit Presidents to defensive actions; not offensive. After World War II, most administrations, both Republican and Democrat, have broadly interpreted the notion of both defensive and offensive wars and have committed U.S. armed forces without congressional authority.

The Constitution’s language concerning this issue is “ambiguous” and more than one scholar has described the Executive war power as “vague.”

Hell on Earth National Geographic ©

NG Fake News

On April 5, 2017, National Geographic released a preview of its film, Hell on Earth: The Fall of Syria and the Rise of ISIS, by filmmaker Sebastian Junger and producing partner Nick Quested- following Assad’s alleged chemical attacks on his own people April 4.  What a coincidence?

Not only was the depiction of a chemical attack by Assad a fraud, the opening scene of the trailer is a total fraud. The first scene shows a missile destroying a residential building with a huge explosion suggesting that the scene shown was ALEPPO, SYRIA.  The film implies that the missile is part of a Russian or Syrian Air Force attack in the battle for Aleppo.

The question is, “How would the film crew have known where to locate their camera in planning for such an attack?  Others have claimed that the victims were told in advance the time and location of the missile strike.  It is suspected that the people in that area had received a warning by phone call giving some time to escape. It has been alleged that a similar attack was done in Gaza when Israeli soldiers called the inhabitants of a house by phone and told them to get out in 15 minutes or be blown up. That is enough time for someone to film the event.  This same scenario has been played out many times in Gaza and other staged events.

The footage showing the bombing is not from Aleppo, Syria but rather from Gaza. It is just labeled as Aleppo.  Paul Larudee writing for the web site, “Abundant Hope” Jul 6, 2017 claims the  original source footage comes from 2014, and is from the Israeli operation that took more than 2,200 Palestinian lives that summer, long before the Russians started providing air support for the Syrian army:”

The film does do some service by revealing the suffering of refugees but there are so many parts that are inaccurate and fabricated; like a Hollywood movie. This video does not bring out the fact that the US and its allies are the main cause of the conflict and not the solution.  The goal of the US all along was to topple the Assad regime

The National Geographic magazine, in a story about Syria, refers to the war in Syria as a Civil War which it is not. In a civil war, the people of that country, attempt to overthrow their own government.  In this case it is the United States and Israel who want to over throw the Syrian government.  Isis solders are paid and given weapons from the US and Israel to topple Assad. The US has demonized Iran for providing weapons to Syria but Iran is merely assisting their ally Syria in stopping the US and Israel from accomplishing their goal.

National Geographic, in error, refers to those attempting to overthrow the Assad government as “Pro-Democracy Rebels” These so called Rebels have nothing to do with Democracy.  They are merely paid soldiers hired by the US and Israel to topple Assad.

Both the filmmakers and the National Geographic magazine have shown that they are propagandists and have permanently damaged their credibility.

Church Tax Exemption Request ©

SATIRE

I have often wondered what kind of response I would get from the Internal Revenue Service if I were to apply for a 501-c tax exemption for a new church I was considering founding. My letter to them might go something like this:

Dear Sirs:

I would like for you to consider giving my new church that I am founding a 501-c tax exemption. My church will be a non-profit organization where none of the earnings will go to me or any private shareholder or individual and we will not attempt to influence any legislation as a substantial part of our activities nor will we participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.

Following is a summary of our church doctrine and our core beliefs:

  1. If our children are shameless enough to talk back to us, we feel that they should be killed.
  1. We believe that our creator clearly expects us to keep slaves.
  1. We believe a man can sell his daughter into sexual slavery.
  1. If a man discovers, on his wedding night, that his bride is not a virgin, he must stone her to death and leave her on  her father's doorstep.
  1. Our women can only speak in the privacy of their own home.
  1. We believe that homosexuals are to be put to death.
  1. Our God is an enemy to unbelievers.
  1. We believe that persecution is worse than slaughter and we are justified in slaying them wherever we   find them and drive them out of the places whence they drove us out. We do not think that those who were slain in the cause of God are dead. They are alive and well provided for by their Lord.
  1. We believe that our church should not take as friends the people of other religions; they are friends of each other. Those of us who make them his friends is one of them. God does not guide an unjust people.
  1. We believe that we must make war on the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh with them. Their ultimate abode is Hell, a hapless journey's end.
  1. Those that don't believe like us are enemies of God and they will roast in Hell.
  1. We believe that we must be harsh against the unbelievers, merciful to one another.
  1. If one of our church members is tempted to do evil, we believe that he should go to a city where he is not known, dress in black clothes, cover his head in black, and do what his heart desires so that God's name will not be desecrated.
  1. We consider only people of our faith to be human. Women of other faiths are designated animals (she asses")
  1. If a person of another faith hits one of our faith, they must be killed. Hitting one of our faith is the same as hitting God.
  1. Someone of our faith is not required to pay someone of another faith the wages owed him for work.
  1. If someone of our faith finds an object lost by someone of another faith, ("heathen") it does not need to be returned.
  1. When someone of our faith murders someone of another faith, there will be no death penalty.
  1. What someone of our faith steals from a person of another faith he may keep it.
  1. People of our faith may use lies ("subterfuges") to circumvent a person of another faith.
  1. We believe that other faiths children are animals.
  1. We believe that people of other faiths prefer sex with cows.
  1. We believe that to heal our flesh, we should take dust that lies within the shadow of an outdoor toilet, mix it with honey and eat it.
  1. We are obligated to say the following prayer every day. "Thank you God for not making me a person of another faith, woman or slave."
  1. Money must not be lent at interest to a fellow member of our faith. Interest can only be collected from foreigners.

When considering this request for tax exemption status, please be advised that our belief system was taken from the Holy Books of the three major religions; the Christians Jews and Muslims which you have already granted nonprofit 501-C tax exemption status.

Sincerely,

Ima Satire

 President In Name Only (PINO)

Hey don't blame me for what others are forcing me to do!

Those of you who are against President Trump, both democrats and republicans, you needn’t worry any more.  You have successfully made him a PINO. (President in name only)

It should be obvious that President Trump is being controlled by others and that his own personal views mean little or nothing.  Doesn't it appear a little odd or suspicious  that  he is  going against his Nationalist views and original platform while running for president; he attacked Syria based on the unproven assertion that Assad had gassed his own people; he changed his opinions about working peaceably with Putin; and he’s sending more troops to Afghanistan prolonging the longest war in U. S. history. Trump had campaigned as a “Nationalist” believing in limited U.S. meddling in other countries’ affairs.

Just recently, you anti-Trump people were able to get Steve Bannon fired; one of the most influential Nationalists in the President's inner circle who objected to the war hawks’ nonstop Wars.

The result is President Trump has become nothing more than an isolated prisoner in the White House surrounded by military leaders and others in favor of continuing the never ending unconstitutional wars.

The controlled fake news media is constantly beating the drums to nullify the election of Trump by the reporting of various anti-Trump personalities’ negative opinions, I.e.; (1) Obama said, “Yes the republican nominee is unfit,”, (2) CNN’s Don Lemon, “Questioning his fitness for office”,” (3) James Clapper, former national intelligence director, said, “I question his fitness,” (4) Former NH Senator, Gordon Humphrey said, “He is deranged,” (5) CNN’s Ana Navarro said, “Not only not fit , lacks empathy, leadership, and courage. He is unfit to be human.”

All of this negative and extremely biased rhetoric being aired by the mainstream media instills in the mindset of the gullible public that president Trump should be impeached or at least serve only one term.

My- How things have Changed in 30 Years!

1987-2017

On Sunday July 5th 1987, when I was 48 years old (now 77), the News Press printed my Letter to the Editor entitled, “Too Much Smoking.” Following is my original letter and a follow up letter I wrote to address the negative comments brought up by a nurse’s letter who believed I was being unfair to the smokers.

Too Much Smoking- July 5th, 1987

I would like to share an unpleasant experience I had recently at Heartland East Hospital. Hopefully others will feel as I do and after reading this will write or call the hospital’s administration office and tell them how they feel about smoking in a health facility.

My father was admitted to Heartland East last week for a fairly serious operation.  My wife and I were told we should wait in in the waiting room near the operating room. Upon entering the waiting room, I found it so full of cigarette smoke that I couldn’t stay in the room. Not only were there two couples smoking in the room but the receptionist was smoking as well.

Four days later, my wife was experiencing a severe migraine headache and was taken to Heartland East emergency room for treatment.  We were told this time to wait in a different waiting room. Once again the waiting room was full of smoke.

My wife was very ill and could not stand to smell the cigarette smoke.  They were very kind and did move her into an empty room.  However, I do feel that the heavy cigarette smell in the hospital added to her illness and was a large cause of her extreme nausea and vomiting while there.

It is very difficult for me to understand why smoking is allowed anywhere in a hospital.  I called the administrator to voice my concern but did not get much encouragement.  All I was told was that the situation would be looked into.

I would suggest that the hospital adopt a “No Smoking” policy for the entire hospital staff, patients, and visitors alike, and from this date forward not hire anyone who smokes.

I think that recent court cases will show that this practice is not considered discriminatory.  In fact, if a company (ie. Hospital) does not provide a safe environment for its workers they might find that someone may sue them for unsafe working conditions.  The trend is for no smoking in any public places.

For the health of everybody, people can  speed up this process by calling Heartland East and voicing their opinions.

Larry Flinchpaugh- Bakersfield, Ca.

In- hospital smoking debate continues

News Press- August 12, 1987

I would like to respond to the amazed letter writer who thought my ideas on smoking were asinine.

It’s a sad situation when a registered nurse does not agree with the findings of the surgeon general of the United States.  It is pretty clear to us “non-medical” people and to the surgeon general that smoking is harmful to everyone’s health.

My being from Bakersfield, Calif., has nothing to do with the problem.  Being born and raised in St. Joseph and continuing to visit there several times a year, I have a deep-felt love and respect for my hometown.  I feel that the problems of smoking do not recognize any geographic boundaries.

The letter writer spoke of the adverse effects of drinking, overeating, and high salt diets, but I think she missed the point.  Non-smokers could care less if others choose to smoke.  The non-smokers only choose not to participate.  If people drink, that’s their problem as long as they stay off the streets and highways, if they overeat that’s their problem, but if they smoke in my presence I must participate, and I choose not to do so.

Many people are allergic to smoke and simply cannot tolerate it in their systems.  And some people who may not ordinarily be affected by cigarette smoke, may become violently affected when they are already ill in the hospital.  When you live in an organized society, you must act in accordance with that which is in the best interest of the majority.

I do feel that in a few years “No Smoking” will be the policy of most health facilities, at least the first-rate ones, and of other public places as well, as the ashtray takes the route of the spittoon.  I remember seeing ladies in rubber gloves cleaning the spittoons in the post office 30 or so years ago.  Thank goodness society saw the light and had those filthy things removed.  It’s just a matter of time for the ashtrays to follow.

Larry Flinchpaugh, Bakersfield, California

Update: Since the year 2000, more than half of U.S. states have enacted laws to restrict indoor smoking; the rationale for smoking bans points out that smoking is optional, whereas breathing is not. A 2007 Gallup poll found that 54% of Americans favored completely smoke-free restaurants, 34% smoke-free hotel rooms, and 29% smoke-free bars.

Shortly after my letters were printed in the News Press, Heartland enacted a NO Smoking policy at the hospital.  Today Smoking bans include criminal laws and occupational safety and health regulations that prohibit tobacco smoking in workplaces and other public spaces. Such laws reduce health care costs, improve work productivity, and lower the overall cost of labor in the community.

The next generation is much less likely to smoke because of the stigma attached to smoking today.  That alone should be a good enough reason to prohibit smoking in public places.  However, Hollywood still encourages people to smoke by showing their glamourous stars, including sports figures and sexy women, smoking in movie scenes. I have often wondered how much the tobacco companies pay the movie producers for this subliminal advertising?

Satire Websites-Fake News or Distorted News

by

Larry Flinchpaugh

                                                                        March 25, 2017

It should be pretty obvious that the news item shown on the left is not true.  It could be classified as Satirical, Fake News or an Outright Lie.  In this case it is all three.

Only the most gullible sheeple would believe this to be a true news story.  But other types of fake news, as President Donald Trump has so aptly named them, is often time difficult to detect, at least consciously because it is implanted in the viewers mind as a subliminal impression.

For example, a few weeks ago, David Muir of ABC News, opened his nightly news program in a noticeably excited voice, suggesting that our new president, Donald J. Trump, was causing the sky to fall!

”IRAN SANCTIONS-NUCLEAR OPTION...” He shouted out!  An obvious hit piece!

The problem here is that there was no legitimate connection between the over emphasized  headline, Iran Sanctions and Nuclear Options,  but the impression left by David Muir was that there was a connection. Nuclear Option had nothing to do with Iran SanctionsNuclear Option is a parliamentary procedure that allows the U.S. Senate to override a rule or precedent by a simple majority of 51 votes, instead of by a supermajority of 60 votes.  Shame on both ABC and David Muir for trying to marginalize our President with distorted news like this!

Then there is the incident where the anti-Trump haters made fun of White House Press Secretary, Sean Spicer’s, comments on 'alternative facts' briefing with journalists.  Spicer’s comments on ‘alternative facts’ are not as ridiculous as the Trump haters would like you to believe.  Even Facts can be distorted by emphasizing some facts and ignoring other facts; as the controlled fake news media is found of doing.

For example, a story about a white cop shooting and killing a black thug can be told with the fact that the cop did in fact kill the black man.  But the story can be altered by ignoring the fact that the black man had just executed the cops partner with a bullet to the head.   All the facts, or alternate facts as some would say, must be shown to make the story truthful.

Again the Trump hate mongers mocked or should we say accused Kellyanne Conway of either lying or just being stupid when referring to a terrorist attacked in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  Kellyanne made a mistake in saying there was a terrorist attack in Bowling Green.  Instead, she should have said (and knew) that in 2011 two men from Iraq were arrested in the Bowling Green FBI office and had attempted to send weapons and money to al-Qaida fighters Involved in the insurgency in their home country? The news media ran with this story simply to marginalize the Trump administration and kellyanne Conway.  This is considered Fake News because not all of the facts were presented by the media.

Another example of Fake News or at least biased news was when President Trump asked the remaining 46 US attorneys appointed by Obama to tender their resignations.   Former President Bill Clinton had asked 93 politically-appointed U.S. attorneys to resign in 1993, which didn’t prompt as much media outrage as when President Trump fired only 46 attorneys. The media even exasperatedly stated, "Trumps firing of 46 attorneys is unprecedented!"   It should be obvious that the media is attempting to marginalize the credibility of president Trump to make it clear that he must be impeached sometime in the future.

Following is a list of Fake News Sources, Satirical News Sources and Biased News Sources and former conspiracy theories that have been proven to be true which  were gleaned from various internet sources.  Even these so called authoritative News Review Sources must be viewed with caution.  For example, they list Info Wars and Natural News as questionable news and conspiracy sources.  That may be at least partially true but it must be kept in mind that the reason that there are so many conspiracy theories is that there are so many conspiracies that later prove to be true.  Here are just a few:

  • J. edger Hover, former head of the FBI, insisted that an organized Mafia was just a conspiracy theory.

  • In the 1950s to the 1970s, the CIA ran a mind-control project aimed at finding a “truth serum” to use on communist spies. In the beginning this was just a conspiracy theory.  Later it was discovered to be true.  It was called MK-ULTRA. Test subjects were given LSD and other drugs, often without consent, and some were tortured. The project was finally exposed after investigations by the Rockefeller Commission.

  • In the 1950s to ’70s there was a conspiracy theory that the CIA paid a number of well-known United States and foreign journalists from big-name media outlets like Time, The Washington Post, The New York Times, CBS, etc. to publish CIA propaganda.  It was referred to as Operation Mockingbird.  Finally, the Church Committee exposed the CIA covert activities in 1975.  You don’t suppose the CIA has continued this program?

  • American military leaders in the early 1960s drafted plans to create public support for a war against Cuba in order to oust Fidel Castro from power. This was code named Operation Northwoods.  The plans included committing acts of terrorism in U.S. cities, killing innocent people and U.S. soldiers, blowing up a U.S. ship, assassinating Cuban émigrés, sinking boats of Cuban refugees, and hijacking planes. The plans were all approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but were reportedly rejected by the civilian leadership, then kept secret for nearly 40 years.  Could like minded people have been involved in the 9-11 attack on the World Trade Center?

  • The Gulf of Tonkin Incident occurred on August 2, 1964 when two American destroyers engaged three North Vietnamese torpedo boats, resulting in the sinking of one of the torpedo boats.  This was also the single most important reason for the escalation of the Vietnam War.  The only problem here is that it never happened.  A close friend of mine who was there said that they were woken up in the middle of the night and ordered to shoot into the dark; at nothing.  This lie helped to escalate the U.S.  involvement in the Vietnam war.  Another example of a conspiracy theory at the time that proved to be true.

These are only a few examples of previous conspiracy theories that have been proven to be true or which will be proven true sometime in the future.  There are literally hundreds more examples concerning events like the Kennedy assassination (coup), Branch Davidian Compound murders by Janet Reno, Sandy Hook and Boston Bombing lies, etc.

Be on constant guard and don't allow the controlled corporate FAKE NEWS MEDIA to negatively influence your reasoning ability by using such loaded terms as Conspiracy Nut, Anti-Semite, Birther, Parinoid, etc.  These ar control words that the media uses to control your mind.

The 'Kosher Nostra Swindle

On

The American Consumer

Are these logos on your food products?

Most non-Jews are unaware that food products marked with the "K" or "U" Symbols have been checked by a rabbi, for a fee, to make sure that the food has been prepared in accordance with "Jewish Dietary law".

Some people would say that this practice results in an unfair and unnecessary tax paid by non-Jews to simply satisfy the estimated 10% of our population who are Orthodox Jews.

Please bear in mind that we are all forced to pay this Kosher Tax, just to appease 10% of the population.

Should the Jews superstitious nonsense, that has absolutely nothing to do with improving the quality of any food product, be forced upon non-Jews? For example, Orthodox Jews are forbidden from eating meat products from any animal that doesn't have a split hoof and chew its cud. Pork is not kosher because while they do have the split hooves, they don't chew their cud. Rabbit meat is not kosher because, while they chew their cud, they don't have split hooves. Jews are not allowed to eat any dairy products along with meat at the same meal. If they eat meat at one meal, they must wait six hours before they can eat any dairy food.

This unnecessary labeling practice is nothing more than a clever scheme of requiring kosher labeling which has become a multi-million dollar business today and both the Jews and non-Jew consumers must pay for it!

Is Kosher labeled food really any better than non-Kosher food? The Jews in charge of Kosher labeling claim that by submitting to rabbinical supervision of food processing they are informing the public that kosher products are produced under sanitary conditions.

The question often asked by non-Jews is how much companies pay annually for the use of the "U" or “K”symbol and how much more does the consumer pay for this unnecessary labeling?  The cost that  consumers are forced to pay the food companies to make up for the hidden Jewish Tax is unknown, but it is estimated to be in the billions since the scam first started.  Food companies have been instructed by the Jewish Kosher Labeling groups to tell inquisitive Christians, “Kosher has become something like the 'Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval'. It makes a product appear to be healthier and of better quality."

America’s manufacturers of processed food products only run ads announcing which products are kosher in Jewish publications, and never in the mainstream media or TV.

Kosher labeling is Big Business.  “Orthodox Jewish organizations have copyrighted certain symbols which only they can use. The giant in the business is The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations which issues the "U" imprint. They service some 1,200 companies or about 80% of the business. They employ nearly 600 rabbis as part-time "checkers....". The next largest is Rabbi Bernard Levy's Committee for the Furtherance of Torah Observance" which uses the "K" symbol. (reference: https://www.radioislam.org/judaism/kosher.htm)

The Jews attempt to justify and explain the Kosher tax in posts like Wikipedia: The "Kosher tax” or "Jewish tax" is the idea that unwilling food companies and unwitting consumers are forced to pay money to support the Jewish religion or Zionist causes and Israel through the costs of kosher certification. This claim is generally considered a conspiracy theory, anti-Semitic canard, or urban legend and is mainly spread by anti-Semitic, white supremacist, and other extremist organizations.”

A growing number of non-Jews, who have become aware of this secret kosher tax, object to being forced to pay it.

Breaking the Bond to our Unholy and Barbaric Holy Books

What a Dilemma

If Muslims wanting to immigrate to America believe in adhering to Sharia Law instead of the U.S.  Constitution and believe that all infidels should be murdered, then why would they ever be permitted to enter this country and seek American citizenship? The question is, “Do all Muslims really believe the Koran literally”?

Just consider some of the basic barbaric beliefs under Sharia law.

  • A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old.
  • A woman cannot drive a car, as it leads to fitnah (upheaval.
  • A man can beat his wife for insubordination.
  • Criticizing Muhammad or denying him as a prophet is punishable by death.
  • Theft is punishable by amputation of the right hand.

Does Islam even qualify as a legitimate religion, at least in a civilized nation like America, for protection under the First Amendment? On the other hand, a look at the Christian Bible and the Jewish Talmud might make one ask the same question. The issue here is, "do all Muslims, Christians, and Jews believe in a literal interpretation of their Holy Books?  I certainly hope not!  If so, we as a human race are much worse off than I had thought!

The Christian Bible says:

  • If your bride to be is found not to be a virgin on your wedding night, you are supposed to kill her and put her body on her father’s door stop  (Deuteronomy 22:13-21).
  • If a child talks back to you, you should kill him (Deuteronomy 21:18-21).
  • Women are to speak only in the privacy of their own home; not in public (1 Corinthians 14:35).
  • You should drink your own urine and eat your own excrement  (2 Kings 18:27)!
  • Gays and lesbians should be killed (Leviticus 20:13).

Many Christians, in trying to defend these Bible passages, will say that most of this is in the Old Testament and that their church and their own religious beliefs follows the New Testament which negates all this since Jesus spoke again to the people, and said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. (John 8:12)

But Jesus also said in Matthew 5: 17, 18: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.  For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.  Doesn’t this imply that Jesus accepted the deplorable passages of the prophets in the Old Testament?

The Jewish Talmud, which supersedes the Old Testament, is the most racist and hate-mongering book ever known to man. It can be classified into 3 categories: (1) Jewish Supremacy, (2) Hatred Towards the “Goys” (Gentiles), (3) Blasphemies Against Jesus, the Virgin Mary, and all Christians.

  • If a ‘goy’ (Gentile) hits a Jew he must be killed.” (Sanhedrin 58b)
  • If a Jew finds an object lost by a ‘goy’ it does not have to be returned.” (Baba Mezia 24a)
  • If a Jew murders a ‘goy’ there will be no death penalty.” (Sanhedrin 57a)
  • What a Jew steals from a ‘goy’ he may keep.” (Sanhedrin 57a)
  • Jews may use subterfuges to circumvent a ‘goy.’” (Baba Kamma 113a)
  • All children of the ‘goyim’ (Gentiles) are animals.” (Yebamoth 98a)
  • Girls born of the ‘goyim’ are in a state of ‘niddah’ (menstrual uncleanness!) from birth.” (Abodah Zarah 36b)
  • The ‘goyim’ are not humans. They are beasts.” (Baba Mezia 114b)
  • If you eat with a ‘goy’ it is the same as eating with a dog.” (Tosapoth, Jebamoth 94b)
  • Even the best of the ‘goyim’ should all be killed.” (Soferim 15)
  • Sexual intercourse between the ‘goyim’ is like intercourse between animals.” (Sanhedrin 74b)
  • When it comes to a Gentile in peace times, one may harm him indirectly, for instance, by removing a ladder after he had fallen into a crevice.” (Shulkan Arukh, Yoreh De ‘ah, 158, Hebrew Edition only)
  • Yashu’ (derogatory for ‘Jesus’) is in Hell being boiled in hot excrement.” (Gittin 57a)
  • Yashu (Jesus) was sexually immoral and worshipped a brick.” (Sanhedrin 107b)
  • Yashu (Jesus) was cut off from the Jewish people for his wickedness and refused to repent.” (Sotah 47a)
  • Christians who reject the Talmud will go to hell and be punished there for all generations.” (Rosh Hashanah 17a)

Shouldn’t a legal definition of the word Religion be adopted that emphasizes such concepts as the Golden Rule and the love and acceptance of all people regardless of their differences in religious doctrine? Before Christians, Jews and Muslims can have protection of religious rights under the constitution’s First Amendment, they need to update and modernize their religious views and their interpretations of their Holy Books.  If not, they should have no constitutional protection!  It should be obvious, to everyone, that a large portion of the Muslims, Christians and Jewish Holy Books are not the word of God, at least the God of civilized people!

Surely the majority of Muslims, Christians, and Jews do not believe their Holy books literally.

With proper vetting the mainstream Muslims, should be allowed to immigrate to America and request to be citizens of the United States as long as all existing immigration laws are adhered to. For too long, we have been, unfairly, comparing Radical Muslims with main line Christians and Jews instead of comparing mainline Muslims with mainline Christians and Jews.

Whether, true or not, there appears to be more radical Muslims in the world than there are radical Christians and Jews. It’s often said that not all Muslims are terrorist but nearly all terrorists are Muslims.

But consider that many of the Muslim terrorists were created by America, meddling in the Middle East, attempting to take over their banking system, steal their natural resources and continually killing innocent people while bombing the so called terrorist.  Many of these Muslim Terrorists are considered “Freedom Fighters’ by their own people.

An interesting made up cartoon shows a news reporter asking “Why did you choose a career in terrorism?  Here are some of their answers:

  • 0% “We hate them for their freedoms”
  • 5% Allah says kill the Infidel.
  • 20% Us Military won’t leave our country& treats us like criminals.
  • 25% The CIA pays me well.
  • 50% I’m not a terrorist.  I’m a dad whose son was killed and I am pissed.

U.S. Intelligence –

What is Their True Agenda? ©

By:  Larry Flinchpaugh

Recently, newspapers across the nation prominently promoted an Associated Press story stating that Russia interfered in our presidential election. It stated that the U.S. Intelligence chief, James Clapper testified about the “hacking” and other actions by Russia using RT Russia Today, social media and fake news to promote their views. It should be noted that Clapper also admitted that Russia did not actually change any vote tallies.

It appears that rogue members of the CIA, the neocons and their liberal war- hawk partners, which include much of the mainstream media and legislators like RINO John McCain and Lindsay Graham, are

attempting to convince the American people that the U.S. may need to engage in WWIII with Russia. The

implication here is that President elect Trump is stupid and un-American for not believing our intelligence agencies and may need to be impeached shortly after the sworn in ceremony.

The Trump presidency, which will concentrate on promoting peace instead of war, will greatly reduce the illicit war profits of the international bankers and military industrial complex companies, and this will result in huge rewards for the American people.

Let’s first define the terms. A “hack” is when someone breaks into your computer or computer network

and a “leak” is when an insider secretly releases private and confidential information. The CIA [who has lied in the past] asserts that Russia hacked the DNC and John Podesta email accounts while Julian Assange of WikiLeaks [who have a 10 year record of perfect truthfulness] stated they were not leaked by Russia and insinuated that a DNC insider leaked the emails. Missing from this debate is that most people are ignoring that the emails are legitimate and they expose all kinds of criminal wrongdoings by the DNC and Hillary Clinton. Most notable are the admissions of stealing the Democratic nomination from Bernie Sanders and giving it to Clinton.

Our intelligence agencies have a long history of using lies, deception and covert activities in order to  orchestrate coups and assassinations of political leaders. They are experts at using technology, psychological operations and propaganda to influence elections.

There seems to be an agenda to make Russia our enemy, as our government and the CIA is totally ignoring the irrefutable fact that Saudi Arabia has donated tens of millions of dollars to the Clintons and thereby was trying to influence  the outcome of our election. Yet they are ignored.

Russia is not a threat to the United States.  The Soviet Union, at one time did pose a threat to the United States.  Marxist ideology fomented worldwide revolution and sought the extermination of capitalism.  The United States was USSR’s greatest enemy. But Russia no longer embraces Communism; the Cold War is over. President Putin has not threatened the United States.  We should be on friendly terms with Russia and work together on defeating our common enemy-- radical Islam. President-elect Trump’s willingness to work with Putin should be applauded, not disdained.

Donald Trump appears to understand that the war-hawks have greatly exaggerated “Russian influence” in American politics. Trump is being a level-headed statesman who knows it would be wrong to attack Russia and thereby start World War III.

Countering the Tyranny

of the

Federal Government ©

The Tenth Amendment   to the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791. It simply states that the federal government possesses only those powers delegated to it by the United States Constitution. All remaining powers are reserved for the states or the people.

Thomas Jefferson reportedly said in 1798, "Resolved, that the several States composing the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government . .  whenever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force."

This mean that issues involving marijuana, prescription drugs, universal healthcare, food regulations, education, abortion, etc. are not under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government’s Department of Justice, or even the Supreme Court but rather are reserved for the states or the people.

Hopefully, with the support of President elect Donald Trump and a House and Senate with a Republican majority, the Tenth Amendment will be recognized and adhered too.  Adhering to the Tenth Amendment would reduce the tyranny and bloated bureaucracy of the Federal government and allow the individual states to decide these issues where they are more accountable to the citizens.

Patriotism Test ©

See how your elected Legislators score in voting for Constitutional issues and then compare the average Liberal score with the average Conservative score.

Do you consider yourself to be a “Patriot“? In other words, a person who loves, supports, and defends his or her country and its interests with devotion, a person who regards himself or herself as a defender, especially of individual rights, against presumed interference by the federal government. Are our Legislators considered Patriots when they don’t abide by their oath to vote for only constitutional issues?

Recently, I did a study on how well our federal legislators scored on voting for constitutional issues. I was surprised to discover that the nine democrat legislators I studied failed miserably scoring only 14% while the nine republicans studied scored on the average at 74%. But the question is, do our representatives have to abide by their oath to support constitutional issues in order to be considered Patriots?  I would say yes but most democrats I talk to say no. They believe that the Constitution is an out dated relic of the past with many flaws. (Never mind that our founding fathers provided for change; it’s called Amendments!)  They usually sight the Second amendment and explain that no one needs to have any guns or at least military grade weapons.

The second amendment was not included to enable people to hunt but rather to keep a well-regulated militia on call at a moment’s notice to protect our country from foreign invaders.  As our country continues to deteriorate to third world status, the 2nd Amendment may also protect the citizenry from a  tyrannical out of control government.

Apparently the following quote is not from Thomas Jefferson but it still illustrates an important concept about laws that forbid the carrying of arms:

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms. . . disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. . . Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." -- Jefferson's "Commonplace Book," 1774-1776, quoting from On Crimes and Punishment, by criminologist Cesare Beccaria, 1764-- Thomas Jefferson

I assert that our founders wrote the Constitution as the direct result of England’s King George the Third’s tyrannical ruling of the American colonies.  They wisely incorporated the Bill of Rights, separation of power with the establishment of the Executive, Legislature and Judicial branches of the government with a bicameral congress; the House represented the people and the senate represented the states.

They even passed the tenth amendment to make it difficult for the federal government to expand its control over the states. “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

The President, Congress and the Supreme court  legislating from the bench,  continually pass laws and regulations at the federal level concerning education, drugs, abortion, universal health care, etc.  which is in direct conflict with the Tenth Amendment.  Since the federal government was not specifically given this power to regulate these, it remains the states responsibility.  The Supreme Court should  not even hear cases on these issues because they are not specifically listed in the constitution.

If you think of yourself as a “Patriot” who supports individual rights, then you must support the Constitution!  The Patriot Act and the NDAA, National Defense authorization Act, gives the president of the U.S. the authority to deem any American citizen a possible terrorist and hold them and even kill them without any legal counsel.  This should scare the hell out of you!  This completely abolishes the "Bill Of Rights."  (The first 10 amendments to the Consitution) Those legislators who voted for this are certainly not abiding by their oath.

Should we start impeachment proceedings against all members of congress. who don’t score 75% and above when voting for bills before congress?

What will replace our current failed monetary system?

Consider the nation’s current debt of $19+ Trillion.  At the end of Clintons reign it was $5.8 Trillion and Bush $11.9.  Does anyone believe this trend can continue?

When the dollar does collapse, we will most likely be forced to either accept (1) electronic currency, (2) the International Monetary Fund’s currency basket or (3) a gold and/or silver backed currency.  Adoption of anyone of these three proposals will only solve the problem for the bankers at the expense of the people.

Contrary to popular belief, the only time when gold or silver, or paper money backed by it is needed, is when our country is not producing something that our international trading partners want to purchase.  If they want to purchase heavy machinery we produce, of course they will accept our paper money, even though it is not backed by precious metals, and use it to purchase these items.  If all we manufacture is hamburgers, they will demand gold and silver as payment for their sales to the United States because we would have nothing of value for them to purchase.

Paper money’s function is merely a score keeper and it keeps our economy operating in an efficient manner.  The amount of gold or silver in the bank, under your mattress or still in the ground has nothing to do with the amount of money needed to conduct commerce.

Simple illustration: To hold a room, a salesman lays a $100 bill on the hotel clerk’s desk and goes up the steps to inspect the room. The clerk quickly hands the $100 bill to the maid for payment of earlier services, the maid immediately crosses the street to pay her grocery bill, the grocer crosses the alley to pay the meat cutter and the meat cutter goes to the hotel to pay his $100 debt.  The salesman returns to the desk, picking up his $100 bill, explaining that the room was not exactly what he was looking for.

Note that no gold or silver was needed to clear all of these financial transactions!

History has proven that paper money without precious metal backing does work as long as the amount printed does not exceed the Gross Domestic Product.  It worked for the American colonies until King George the Third put a stop to it, Abraham Lincoln’s printing of “Green Backs” to finance the Civil War and Adolph Hitler’s issue of “Work Receipts” (money) during WWII.  Of course, this is a highly regarded secret perpetrated by the Banksters.

Tenth Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.  An unconstitutional federal statute is in reality no law and is wholly void.  In such cases, states need not  worry about their state Laws contradicting an illegal federal law.

Legalization of “POT”

By Larry Flinchpaugh

On August 20, 2016, my local Newspaper in St. Joseph, Missouri published a front page story entitled, “Lawyers to block Pot issue.”  This is a perfect example of how many politicians, both federal and state, and lawyers misunderstand the process of abiding by the constitution. In case anyone has forgotten, the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution says, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”  There is nothing in the Constitution pertaining to drugs.

Therefore, it’s only natural to conclude that the Federal government has no jurisdiction in this matter unless a drug constitutional amendment were to be passed.   An unconstitutional statute is in reality no law and is wholly void, so our local Judge, Dwight Scroggins need not  worry about the Supremacy Clause law which claims   that Federal Law trumps state law.

Unfortunately, the heading of the newspaper’s article used the word “Pot.”  The first thing that comes to mind for most people is that of smoking marijuana to get high.   Nothing in the article mentioned “medical marijuana” that is taken orally and does not produce a high or “Industrial Hemp” that can be used to produce fuel, paper, food, rope,  clothes,  soap, sails,  plastics, explosives,  fiberboard, paint,  methanol, gasoline,  auto bodies, lubricants, furniture,  varnish, salad dressings and much much more.

Until about the first part of the twentieth century, almost all the world’s sails, clothing and books were made out of cannabis. Additionally, a large portion of the world's population survived by eating hemp seed, cooked into porridge called 'gruel'. Don’t you find it strange that cannabis is, for the most part, illegal to grow in the United States?  You don’t suppose it is  because powerful drug companies, cotton producers, the paper industry and energy producing companies have used their influence to destroy their competition from cannabis?

I suggest that the politicians and lawyers take another look at their attempt to block the legalization of “pot,” or to be more accurate and more inclusive, cannabis which includes pot, medical marijuana and industrial Hemp.

GMO’S are Safe- Really?

By: Larry Flinchpaugh

May 24, 2016

The News Press front page story on Wednesday May 18th says, “Report: GMO foods safe.”  However, there are literally millions of people, including myself, who disagree.

GMO’s were deemed safe by The National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences. They held two days of discussion over this controversial and political issue. The ad-hoc committee of 18 scientists concluded that genetically modified foods are as safe or safer than conventional food. Twelve of these 18 scientists were critical of GMO manipulation; two others expressed no opinion one way or the other.

Doesn’t that mean that only 22% of those scientists in attendance believed that GMO’s are safe? (4/18)

There are two important issues concerning GMO’s adverse health effects that need to be addressed.  (1) The FDA doesn’t even test the safety of GMO crops. All GMO foods are assumed to be safe unless there is already evidence to the contrary.  The FDA relies on self-reported data from the companies that manufacture the crops as to their safety. (2) Due to legal and copyright restrictions on GMO patents, independent scientists have to ask companies like Monsanto permission before publishing their research results. Independent studies that have been conducted have shown a range of adverse health effects from reduced fertility to immune system dysfunction, liver failure, obesity, and cancer.

People often confuse plant grafting with GMO DNA manipulation. Grafting one type of  tomatoe or say , apple to another type tomato or apple does not involve DNA splicing.  Grafting   is the not the same as genetic modification.  GMO’s (Genetic Modification organisms) is where the DNA of one plant or animal is combined with  the DNA of another plant or animal to make it more resistant to herbicides, gives it the ability to kill insects or  enhances  such traits  as size, color or shelf life.

Scientists have discovered how to take the DNA of a virus and combine it with the DNA of corn in such a manner that it makes the insect’s stomach explode when it eats the corn.  Has anyone done a study to see how this explosion affects human’s stomachs?  It seems just as ridiculous to combine the DNA of an elephant with the DNA of corn to get larger ears of corn. {Sic}.

Whether you agree or disagree that GMO food is harmful to humans, GMO labeling would at least give you the opportunity to make an informed choice.

And most telling of all why the truth about GMO’s has not been revealed is that Michael Taylor, Obama’s “Food Czar” (Deputy Commissioner and a Senior Advisor for Foods at the FDA) refuses to make FDA testing of GMO safety mandatory.  You don’t suppose that’s because he was formerly Vice President of Monsanto?

“Blob” Usurping Elected Leadership

Back in 1958, Hollywood made one of the those low budget, grade B pseudo-science fiction movies about a shapeless, formless creature from outer space with a insatiable appetite that continued growing and growing, eventually consuming everything in sight.  The creature and the movie were called The Blob.

No one thought much about that particular film in those days.  Some of the youngsters enjoyed it, but “The Blob” today is symbolic what passes for American government.

Most Americans believe that we are government by men we elect to high political office and that all we have to do when we don’t like their words or actions is to “throw the rascals out.”

Well, that just ain’t so anymore.  We are governed by a gaggle of regulatory agencies, whose administrators are not elected to their positions but rather are appointed and who, shockingly, apparently are not effectively answerable to anyone.

Like the Blob in the 1958 movie, these agencies continue to grow at an enormous and frightening rate and continue to expand into all aspects of our lives.  It doesn’t seem to matter who gets elected or which party gains power, these agencies go right along eroding our way of life and drastically altering the system of government which has served us so well for more than 200 years.

Thomas Aquinas said it as well as anyone before or since when he stressed that, “We should never assign to a larger entity anything that can be done by a smaller one.  What the family can do, the community shouldn’t do.  What the community can do, the state shouldn’t do.  And what the states can do, the federal government shouldn’t do.”

We are assured that Big Brother loves us and is truly only interested in our welfare.  Well, I say this to you: Big Brother is smothering us with his affection.  Big Brother is overwhelming us with his concern and turning us into a nation of dependents without the creative energy or the will to do things for ourselves.

There is no intent on my part to say that all regulations are bad, anymore than I would say that all labor unions are bad, or that all big companies are bad or that all professors and students in major universities are bad.  Obviously, that would be ridiculous.

My quarrel is with those legislators, past and present, who have abdicated their most sacred responsibilities to the mindless, faceless agencies who now make up the government of this country.  These agencies have created a government within a government, something entirely foreign to the concepts under which the people of this country thrived and, I might add, under which the United States emerged in a comparatively brief period of history as the greatest country in the world.

My concern also is with those poor, misguided individuals who believe that “Big Brother” is some kind of tooth fairy and that all you have to do is put your problems under government’s pillow and Big Brother will take care of them with a new regulation.

My worry is that our system of government is almost surreptitiously being altered, turned into a kind of patchwork Frankenstein which no one can control, let alone provide direction.  This change is slowly, almost imperceptibly taking away the decision-making rights of every citizen and every business and placing these rights in the hands of an ever-increasing assortment of bureaucrats who are totally out of the mainstream of our political electoral system.

What has happened is that we now have a fourth branch of government over and above the traditional executive, legislative and judicial branches!  This malignant fourth branch is every bit as powerful as the presidency, the congress or the courts and is composed of a vast and constantly growing blob of agencies, commissions, administrations and bureaus which have been created by legislative action.

The administration of these bureaus is by individuals appointed in most cases for longer periods than those elected to office and they are protected under the umbrella of the Civil Service System.

Former Budget Chief James T. Lynn has been quoted as saying that “…neither the President nor Congress – not even together – can get rid of those people.  They cannot be removed except for reasons specified by law.  Disagreement with the President or Congress on matters of regulatory policy is not one of those reasons.”

Unfortunately, the Congress in effect has passed legislation that literally gives federal bureaus “blank checks” of authority and power.  The Ford administration way back then estimated the cost of useless and wasteful regulation by Federal regulatory agencies as $130 billion a year and you can bet the cost is substantially higher today.

These agencies require thousands of reports and tons of information to the tune of billions of dollars a year that business must spend to comply – and keep in mind this cost is reflected in the price of products, goods and services that we all need and want.

In addition to the billions industry spends to compile these reports, the agencies in Washington spend additional billions of our tax money to process the information.  The cost of regulation at General Motors, for example, is between $1.5 and 2 billion dollars a year.  Any of us who drive automobiles are picking up the tab.

In effect, our own government is the No. 1 cause of inflation!

The question is, how do we get back to where we started?  How do we escape the enormous appetite of the Federal Blob that is engulfing us all?  In the 1958 movie, as I recall, they finally lured the Blob to the Arctic regions and left it frozen and helpless.

Unfortunate, in the real world, solutions don’t come that easily.

New World Order Trump Card

March 4, 2016

Presidential contender Donald Trump definitely isn't perfect but has said a lot of good things that most candidates never talk about.  Trump has made this years' presidential election entertaining as he boldly and unscriptedly speaks his mind. I don't trust Trump to actually follow through on his campaign promises, but if he did, our country and people would greatly benefit.  We've been fooled so many times before by politicians' promises, it's difficult to think that Trump would be different this time.

Take note of some of the great things Trump has talked about.

1) He doesn't trust the big bankers and the Federal Reserve. He supports auditing the Fed.

2) He supports looking into charging Hillary Clinton for her exposure of classified information, the Benghazi cover-up, and more.

3) He is against vaccines that have proven to do more harm than good. He is against the massive amount of vaccines given to our children and their links to autism.

4) He supports looking into the attacks of 9-11 to find out who really pulled this off.

5) He is for reducing our military's foreign intervention in countries that are not much of a threat to the U.S. These wars are counterproductive and cost us trillions.

6) He supports restricting Muslim immigration into the U.S. until we know if the individuals are radical jihadists.

7) He supports building a wall to keep illegal immigrants out of the U.S.

8) He was not afraid to call the Pope a hypocrite for the Pope's criticism of his plan for a wall, when the Vatican has tall walls to keep people out.

9) He is against the Free Trade Agreements because they aren't Fair Trade Agreements that would be good for the American people. He called it Managed Trade.

10) He wants to protect American sovereignty and help the common American people.

11) He supports the Second Amendment.

12) He is against the Cap and Trade scheme which is just a global tax on Americans. He understands that blaming man for detrimental effects on climate is a scam.

If Donald Trump does become our next president, I hope the American people hold him to his promises. But I do fear that the New World Order group sees the people waking up to their scams, is getting desperate, and The Donald is just their ultimate Trump card against the American people.

ARE WE GETTING FOOLED AGAIN? ©

By: Mark Flinchpaugh

February24, 2016

Well, we have another exciting presidential race this year.  I bet you’re feeling hopeful and confident that your candidate will improve things for yourself and our country-- like ending unconstitutional wars, a smaller less controlling federal government, and prosperity for the common people. Or maybe you’re like many Americans who support the candidate that is promising you the most "free stuff".  Remember the George W. Bush presidency?  That didn't work out as well as many of us hoped.  Well, how did that Obama "hope and change" work out for you?  Are you counting on Donald Trump this time?  Or do you believe that Bernie Sanders will take stuff away from the greedy rich and give it to you?

The American people need to realize that federal politics is a rigged system designed to fool you into thinking that you have a choice and can make a difference.  The Right wing/ (Republican) and Left wing/ (Democrat) are false choices that make people think that we have a 2 party system of different ideologies.  The leaders at the top are all working toward a common goal of Totalitarianism.  Be honest with yourself. Do things ever really change for the better?  Taxes continue to go up, our freedoms continue to decrease, and the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Most of us right now are just supporting one of the pre-selected puppets for the establishment who is promising a lot but most likely will not deliver.  My suggestion would be to stop relying so much on the presidential race and try to effect change in your community and state.  This is where "we the people" have the power.  Millions of good people doing beneficial things on a local level will spread, and eventually even rise to the top.

Well, go ahead and vote for "your" presidential candidate if you want.  But I would like to echo the sentiments of The Who when they sang, "....I'll get on my knees and pray, we don't get fooled again."

Dirty Tricks at the Polls

By: Mark Flinchpaugh

February 14, 2016

The corruption and dirty tricks that the establishment controllers of both the Republican and Democrat parties have been utilizing is becoming blatantly obvious.  Lots of wrongdoings were observed at the Iowa caucus two weeks ago which helped Hillary Clinton at the expense of Bernie Sanders. Right on film you can see votes not being counted for Sanders and given to Clinton in Polk County. And it was Hillary's "lucky" coin that unbelievably landed her way six times in a row that gave her the win over Sanders in Iowa.

It's not just the Democrats involved in corruption. The Republican establishment in the last two presidential elections resorted to a multitude of shenanigans to quash Ron Paul's bid to become president. I'll never forget the 2012 GOP convention, during a critical vote, John Boehner blatantly ignored the loud "Nays" of the Paul supporters and read the pre-scripted words on his teleprompter, and exclaimed, "the Ayes have it!". This year’s election appears that the establishment is trying to  quash Donald Trump's quest for president. They seem to prefer Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio even though they are not as popular with the majority of the people.

Corruption in Federal elections is not just an occasional annoyance---It has been permanently installed as part of the elite establishment's plans to control who gets elected. I'm referring to the Democratic insiders creation of "super delegates".  This scam is an outrageous subversion of our democratic process of voting where your vote actually counts. It has been set up where a super delegate's vote counts for almost 10,000 of us regular citizen's votes. The majority of the super delegates have already pledged their support for Hillary Clinton regardless of the fact that Bernie Sanders is favored by more of the "regular people".  Enthusiastic supporters of Sanders are discovering the bitter reality of this establishment corruption. A few days ago the voters in New Hampshire overwhelmingly voted for Sanders over Clinton, yet Clinton was awarded more delegates. This subversion of the democratic "will of the people" is appalling and must be stopped.

Rand Paul Drops out of the Race

February 4, 2016

By Mark Flinchpaugh

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul dropped out of the race for the Republican nomination for president yesterday after a disappointing fifth place finish at the Iowa caucus.  I think Senator Paul  would have been America's best choice for president, as he believes strongly in the ideals of limited government and liberty as expressed in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution/Bill of Rights.

Paul just couldn't excite the people as much as his father, Ron Paul, did in 2008 and 2012. Back then, the elder Paul was a  breath of fresh air in the stagnancy of many years of politics where no meaningful improvements were made for the average citizen. People were hopeful and excited as Ron Paul talked about stopping our unconstitutional wars, ending the Fed and respecting an individuals right to liberty.  Despite the Establishment and media's attacks, Congressman Paul stuck to his principals and the people loved it. He was building momentum in his quest for president, but all the dirty tricks against his campaign finally ended his presidential quest.

I think Rand Paul's values are very close to his fathers, but his campaign advisors encouraged Rand to not be as rigid as his father in espousing his ideals, in order to appeal to a wider segment of Republican voters.  I think this backfired, as the "Neo-Con" and other middle-of-the-road Republicans couldn't get excited about someone they saw as too Libertarian.  And the bigger problem was that former Ron Paul/Libertarian-minded people couldn't get excited about someone that seemed wishy-washy and tried to appeal to everyone.  And of course, Donald Trump, being brash and saying exactly whats on his mind  and fighting The Establishment, has gotten the majority of Republican voters genuinely excited that he is the one that can "get things done" and help the average person.

If Rand would have acted more like Trump, AND stuck to his principles as much as his father, I believe he would be at or near the top of the presidential hopefuls right now. This situation is unfortunate, because I believe Rand is by far the best candidate for the people.

Has religion

Interfered with the advancement of humankind

 more

Than it has contributed to it?  ©

By Larry Flinchpaugh

January 26, 2016

The debate, “Has religion interfered with the advancement of humankind more than it has contributed to it” has been raging on for quite some time.

Religious people, by and large, believe that one must have religion to keep one on a moral path with God.  But is this really true?  In 2010, sociologist Phil Zuckerman’s research revealed “that the least religious societies also tend to be the most peaceful, prosperous and equitable, with public policies that help people to flourish while decreasing both desperation and economic gluttony.” *

According to a Huffington Post survey, ** “More than half of Britons believe that religion does more harm than good, with less than a quarter believing faith is a force for good.  Even 20% of British people who described themselves as being 'very religious' said religion was harmful to society, and a quarter said atheists were more likely to be moral individuals than religious people.”

We can probably blame the main stream media and the internet for this perception that broadcasts everything from Pedophile Catholic priests and protestant Preachers engaged in sexual perversion all the way to Isis beheadings.  It’s difficult for the average person to discern exceptions from the rule. Those who wish to control our thoughts to enhance their own agenda are fully aware of this and take full advantage of man’s weakness in reasoning.

To help us understand this question and arrive at a valid answer, we must first understand the purpose of Religion.  Many would say that Religion is necessary to help man lead a righteous and moral life so that he will be properly prepared and rewarded in the next life because of his good deeds and from adhering to the dictates of his religion.

Others say that, “Religion is a poison that plagues mankind.”  In other words, religion was created by the powerful elite to control mankind.  This was even more prevalent during the Dark Ages but still exists today in a more covert fashion.  It is no accident that the world’s problems today are centered on the hatred of the major religious groups; Jews, Muslims and Christians.   The average person today is unaware how they have been manipulated to believe that the war against terrorism is necessary and that all Muslims are bad.

Throughout history, religion has done much harm for the advancement of knowledge. During the Medieval Dark Ages, the Catholic Church destroyed vast amounts of knowledge by burning countless libraries, books, and anything else that they deemed damaging to the church’s ideology. This censorship of knowledge was a way of suppressing knowledge in order to give them more power and control over the uneducated masses.

  • It appeared that every Christian holiday and story associated with Jesus had been taken from older religions.
  • Jesus did not become God until 325 AD when King Constantine forced the Bishops at the Council of Nicaea to accept the “Trinity” doctrine where the prophet Jesus was the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.  After all, the Christian prophet Jesus had to be God or the Christians would be worshiping a man, same as those nasty Pagans. Jesus did not become God until 325 AD and even that was decided on a narrow vote of the Bishops.
  • Christians made up holidays that fit their god on existing Pagan holidays.
  • The spread of Christianity was done by converting Pagans or killing them.
  • Christianity has caused much suffering throughout history by imprisoning or killing those that did not believe in Christian ideology. Galileo was ordered to turn himself in to the Holy Office to begin trial for holding the belief that the Earth revolves around the Sun, which was deemed heretical by the Catholic Church.
  • Many of the Popes were evil and perverted men in the history of mankind.  The crimes they committed are so terrible they can’t even be taught in schools.
  • The gospels were written by unknown authors after 70 CE and possibly maybe even decades later.  This lapse of time allowed the “Myths” to grow.  All four gospels were first mentioned by name in 180 CE, by Irenaeus of Lyons.
  • The Apostle Paul never actually met Jesus in person.  Rather he had a “vision” of Jesus which has all the earmarks of an epileptic brain seizure.  It is now known that epilepsy can cause religious delusions. Whether true or false, there were people at that time who were accusing Paul of lying, because he attempted to defend himself in Romans 3:5-8.
  • It appears that the Gospel writers were writing fiction.  It is obvious they were attempting to fulfill scriptural prophesy, because they got it wrong in many instances.
  • Matthew and Luke disagree on the year and other details of Jesus' birth, including his lineage.
  • Matthew and Luke disagreed on Jesus' ancestry, including even his grandfather. (Matthew 1:16, Luke 3:23).  The lists in Matthew and Luke differ from 1 Chronicles 3.  Note that even listing Jesus' male ancestry disagrees with the doctrine of a virgin birth which was added later in the myth-making process.
  • Most people would agree that human beings exaggerate, misinterpret, or wrongly remember events.  Add a couple thousand years to a story and the problem only multiplies.  A fairy tale told 2,000 years ago doesn’t become the truth with the passage of time.
  • Many early Christians admitted that the story of Jesus was a myth. They argued with the pagans around 150 CE that their mythical story about the first born of God,  produced without sexual union, and that , Jesus Christ, their teacher, was crucified and died, and rose again, and ascended into heaven was not any different  from what the Pagans  believed regarding those whom they regarded as the  son of Zeus.
  • Because religious lies were so prevalent in early Christian church history, there was even a term for  this.  It was called “Pious Fraud.”

There is much proof that most religious beliefs are merely Myth and Fantasy.  This wouldn’t matter if it weren’t for all the death and destruction that has taken place because of these beliefs.

One constantly hears that the Jews are Gods chosen people.  This is another Myth which is causing death and destruction throughout the world.  If this were true, doesn’t that make God a racist?  If I had been at the foot of the mountain, instead of Moses, and God gave me the Ten Commandments and I was responsible for recording this historical event, short fat bald headed men would have been Gods chosen people.  Even if you believe the myth about Jews being the chosen ones, it can’t mean that God condones all of the atrocities the Zionist atheist Jews commit against the Palestinians.

Just because you are a Jew does not mean you are a religious Jew who follows the teachings of the Talmud.  It simply means that at least your mother was a Jew.  The leaders of Israel of today are not true religious Jews with Biblical ancestors.  They are Jews in name only, JINO, mostly atheist, that have hijacked the Jewish faith and who masquerade as religious Jews.  The majority of Jews today are related to the Asiatic warriors that joined the Jewish faith in the 7th Century in the Caspian Sea area.  They are called Khazarian Jews and are not related to the Biblical  Jews in any way.

The elite controllers of our planet use the ignorance of the masses against them.  It is to their benefit to keep us ignorant because the same mindset that makes us believe in Religious Fairy Tales is the same mindset that allows them to control the mass’s reasoning ability with lies and propaganda through the mainstream media.

We accept our plight in world affairs and truly believe that there will always be wars and rumors of wars. (Mark 13:7)  Let’s not allow this Biblical fairy tale or those mentioned in Revelations to be self-fulfilling prophecies.

At about 20 years of age, I began to question my Christian upbringing.  One of my first questions was, “Was Jesus a real person or just a fairy tale?  At the time I was too busy with college and thinking about marriage to spend much time pursuing an answer.  As I got older and with the help of the internet in the 1990’s, I discovered several inconsistencies concerning religious doctrine that pretty well provided me with the answer I had been looking for.  The Jesus story is a myth.  Instead of referring to it as “The Greatest Story Ever told” it should be “The Greatest Story Ever Sold.”

If I were a Christian, I would be ashamed of the Old Testament claiming it is the word of God; at least my God.  How could the Bible be divinely inspired when it says that gays and lesbians should be put to death, women should not speak in public, if your child talks back to you, you are supposed to kill them, and if you find on your wedding night that your bride is not a virgin, you are supposed to kill her and per her body on her father’s doorstep? What about requesting God to stop the sun so the battle of Jericho could continue? Didn’t God know that the earth rotates on its axis and revolves around the sun?

My Christians friends will say, all those examples are in the Old Testament and my Church mainly follows the New Testament.  Then I reply that in Matthew 5:18, the New Testament,  Jesus says, “I did not come to change the Old Testament prophets’ one iota or one tittle. The person who wins a Bible argument is the one who is better at cherry picking it for the most persuasive answer.

My personal view is that Religion has helped mankind a little but has hurt mankind a great deal more than it has helped.  No. I am not an Atheist.  I like to think I am a spiritual person rather than a church going religious person.  When asked what my religious preference is, I reply that I am a Deist.  In other words, I believe in a Creator but that the Creator does not interfere in the lives of man.

I cannot explain where I came from, what my true purpose in life is or what happens to me when I die.  No matter how many hours one has spent on the mountain top meditating or how many seminary degrees one has, they can’t answer these questions either.  Anyone who claims they can, is a fraud.
