EXPOSING TYRANICAL LAWS SUPPORTED BY THE U.S. SUPREME COURT

----The Price of Liberty is Eternal Vigilance----

Recently Matt Drudge revealed that a Supreme Court justice told him that the Supreme Court has enough votes to shut down his popular website under the guise of enforcing copyright laws.  Drudge said that the justice told him he "couldn't even use headlines".  This possible tyrannical action by the Court is very worrisome.  It would obviously be their attempt to quell free speech that they don't like.  This is outrageous that the Supreme Court would unconstitutionally violate our Constitution---in this case, the 1st Amendment.

And in another possible attack on our rights, Justice Breyer told Drudge that the Court should be considering what other countries have done and possibly apply these foreign standards to the United States.  This sounds a little like treason to me!

Sadly, the Supreme Court has many examples of its willingness to violate our great Constitution for the benefit of special interest groups at the expense of  "we the people".

It's perverse twisting of language resulted in a gross violation of property rights in the Kelo vs. City of New London, Connecticut case.  Citing "Eminent Domain" as their authorization, but twisting the definition of "Public Use", they wrongly confiscated Susette Kelo's home and property [and her neighbors].  Taking private property from someone and giving it to someone else is unacceptable in our supposedly "free country".

And then there was Justice Roberts' bizarre ruling that the individual mandate on healthcare was a "tax" in what we now call "Obamacare".  Roberts actually believes that the Federal government can make you buy a product [healthcare in this instance] and if you don't--- the Feds can fine you.  This judicial tyranny is unacceptable.

The Supreme Court is eroding away our constitutionally protected freedoms and we better do something to curtail this. If we choose to act like sheep--- guess what, we will be ruled by wolves.  It is the states' job to nullify unconstitutional federal laws and the decisions of an out of control Supreme Court.    And ultimately, it is "we the people", to make this happen.

Congress many times passes unconstitutional laws that are in contradiction to a states' law.  And don't misunderstand "The Supremacy Clause" in our Constitution that states the federal law that contradicts state law is "supreme".  The "Supremacy Clause" plainly states that the federal law is only supreme when this law is made in "pursuant to the Constitution".  If a federal law is unconstitutional and contradicts state law, then the states and people need to say, "No we will not comply".  This worked well for Rosa Parks when she disobeyed the law and  wouldn't give up her bus seat for a white person.

The U.S. Supreme Court justices, in their long black robes, are intelligent and appear to be fair and impartial but please understand that they are not infallible.  Just because they say something is

Break Away From the Herd

By Larry Flinchpaugh

March 19, 2015

Are you still in that group where millions of us blame our country’s problems on either the democrats or republicans?  If so you have been “Had”, “Hoodwinked”, “Fooled”, Lied Too”, “Propagandized”, “Deceived” “Tricked”, “Deluded”, or “Conned”.  If you haven’t yet discovered that we have only the illusion of a two party system in this country and that our elected leaders are controlled by others, you are part of the problem.  Let’s all say, “Enough is enough” and break out of the herd. Once again, “Enough is enough.”  Say it! Mean it!

Man’s ability to reason has been compromised by the ruling class manipulating the masses mainly through the media.  The media shapes and molds our opinions and attitudes that define what is normal and expectable; trapping us in our fantasy comfort zone.

For example.  The number of people smoking in America has declined over the last few years but the movie producers still portray smoking as normal by having sexy men and women, sports stars and people of respect portrayed as smokers.  This must be a very lucrative form of advertising revenue for them since it is now against the law to advertise cigarettes in the conventional way.

The controlled media, through lies and propaganda,  has made the herd believe in such lies as (1) Russia and Iran are America’s enemies, (2)  Israel is the only friend we have in the Middle East, (3) Lee Harvey Oswald killed Kennedy, (4) Martin Luther King was killed by James Earl Ray, (5) Bobby Kennedy was killed by Sirhan Sirhan, (6) the Federal building in Oklahoma City was bombed with fertilizer bombs, (7)  the twin towers attack on 9/11 was carried out  by 19 Arab terrorists from Saudi Arabia, and (8) the Sandy Hook massacre was a real event done by a deranged young man named Adam Lanza.

It should be noted that not everything the media has reported in these examples are false but there are so many inconsistencies with the stories that one must conclude that at most it is a lie and at the least the elite have told the story of these events in a manner to promote their agenda which is to favor themselves at the expense of the herd.

Who Controls the Media

Five companies, “AOL Time Warner”, “Viacom”, “The Walt Disney Company”, “Vivendi Universal”, and “Sony”, control the majority of the U.S. media.

AOL Time Warner owns:

  • 64 magazines, including Time, Life, People, MAD Magazine and DC Comics
  • Warner Bros, New Line and Fine Line Features in cinema
  • More than 40 music labels including Warner Bros, Atlantic and Elektra
  • Many television networks such as WB Networks, HBO, Cinemax, TNT, Cartoon Network and CNN

Viacom owns:

  • CBS, MTV, MTV2, UPN, VH1, Showtime, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, TNN, CMT, BET
  • Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon Movies, MTV Films
  • Blockbuster Videos
  • 1800 screens in theaters through Famous Players

The Walt Disney Company owns:

  • ABC, Disney Channel, ESPN, A&E, History Channel
  • Walt Disney Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Miramax Film Corp.,
  • Dimension and Buena Vista International

Vivendi Universal owns:

  • 27% of US music sales, labels include: Interscope, Geffen, A&M, Island, Def Jam, MCA, Mercury, Motown and Universal
  • Universal Studios, Studio Canal, Polygram Films, Canal +
  • Numerous internet and cell phone companies

Sony owns:

  • Columbia Pictures, Screen Gems, Sony Pictures Classics
  • 15% of US Music sales, labels include Columbia, Epic, Sony, Arista, Jive and RCA Records

These five conglomerates produce the majority of the movies and News programs we watch, the magazines and newspapers we read, and the music we listen to.  The owners of these conglomerates are the elite who use their power to create world views and the “standardization of human thought”.

Edward Bernay, in 1928, saw the immense potential of motion pictures to standardize thought:

“The American motion picture is the greatest unconscious carrier of propaganda in the world today. It is a great distributor for ideas and opinions. The motion picture can standardize the ideas and habits of a nation. Because pictures are made to meet market demands, they reflect, emphasize and even exaggerate broad popular tendencies, rather than stimulate new ideas and opinions. The motion picture avails itself only of ideas and facts which are in vogue. As the newspaper seeks to purvey news, it seeks to purvey entertainment.”– Edward Bernays, Propaganda.

Bernay felt manipulation of public opinion was necessary in society, which he regarded as irrational and dangerous as a result of the "herd instinct". Apparently he did not believe the herd could be counted on to lead us towards prosperity and a highly stable society without help from the elite.

If the elite need their agenda accepted by the herd, it is often done through what is called desensitization. An agenda which is against the herds best interests is gradually and repetitively introduced to the herd through movies by including it within the plot, music videos by making them cool and sexy, or by the news media presenting  it as a solution to today’s problems. After continually exposing the herd to their agenda, the elite openly presents the concept to the world, who due to mental programming, accept it without questioning.

Worse than the Mass Media Controlling the Herd

The use of the mass media is not the only way our opinions are influenced and the masses of the people are controlled.  The world’s flawed banking system and the way our government pays for government expenses is even more detrimental to our country than the mass media lies and propaganda.

Since 1913, when the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment were fraudulently passed, we have seen the devaluation of the dollar reduced 95% and a growing 17 trillion dollar debt that can never be paid off. Instead of a “Balanced Budget”, we continually pay government expenses through non-transparent debt financing which causes the inflation tax to soar instead of paying expenses with transparent taxes.  Things would be much different if the government’s excessive spending was reflected in the income tax we pay.

So how are we to ever break out of the ignorant, apathetic herd mentality?  The first is to be informed. Stop letting the mass media control your thinking process and begin getting informed with

what is called the “Alternative Media.”  A few examples are “C-Span”, “RT” (Russia Today), “Infowars.com” and “Prisonplanet.com”, and “What Really Happened” with Mike Rivero, and the bi weekly newspaper, American Free Press.

State Nullification of Unconstitutional Laws

Our state representatives should be persuaded to continually nullify federal laws that are unconstitutional.  It’s almost too late to make significant changes at the federal level but we must keep trying by insisting that our federal representatives  (1) initiate a Balanced Budget Amendment, (2) abolish the privately owned Federal Reserve bank, and (3) halt Fractional Reserve Banking except for banks owned by the state, county or city. (Taxpayer Owned).

Solution

Finally, our status quo leaders must be replaced and the elite controllers must be neutered.

A voice from the

Past to Lead us into the Future

It has been said that John F. Kennedy held a dinner in the White House for a group of the brightest minds in the nation at that time. He made this statement: "This is perhaps the assembly of the most intelligence ever to gather at one time in the White House with the exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone."

Here are just a few quotes from Thomas Jefferson that illustrate President Kennedy’s remark:

  • "The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not."

  • "It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes.” A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world."

  • "I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them."--

  • "My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government."—

  • "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

  • "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."—

  • "To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical."

  • "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will  deprive the people of all property -until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

Thomas Jefferson was not a Politician but rather a Statesman.  If his advice had been followed, our country would not be in the position it finds itself today; a country whose economic system is ready to collapse, WWIII getting closer to reality, a Federal Government that is so large it can no longer represent the people and protect their liberty.

I have been an admirer of Thomas Jefferson from the first time I read about him in grade school in the 1940’s.  A few years ago my wife Phyllis and I took a trip back East to Virginia to take part in a relatives wedding.  Included in the trip were stops at Monticello, Jamestown, William and Mary College and Mt. Vernon.  Visiting Thomas Jefferson’s home, Monticello was almost a religious experience for me.  To actually be in the same house and walk through this great man’s property was beyond words to describe.

Thomas Jefferson gave the American people, a set of instructions on how our country should be governed to protect our freedoms by (1) respecting the balance of power between the Congress, President and the Supreme Court, and (2) limiting our country’s involvement in foreign affairs.  It definitely did not include covert actions to overthrow legitimately elected governments in order to take control of their natural resources and banking systems, or hit lists to kill those that were interfering with our unelected controller’s agenda.  It definitely did not foresee allowing any country, like Israel, to completely control the American congress in order to have the United States fight their wars.

I would say that our once great nation began to fall when Lincoln trashed the Constitution and engaged us in an unnecessary Civil War, more appropriately called “The War Between the States” or as the southerners say, “The War of Northern Aggression.   The American people, for the most part, have formed several inaccurate conclusions about the “War Between the States.”

Firstly it was fought over the issue of States rights; not slavery.  Slavery was definitely an issue but was a sub issue. Lincoln could have avoided the war by going to Congress and having them enact legislation that would have made changes to the tariff laws so the agricultural south would not have been unfairly taxed by the industrial north.  Also Lincoln could have used the federal treasury to reimburse the southern slave owners for their slaves and then set the slaves free; similar to what had been done in England.  Doesn’t it seem strange that the United States is the only country in the world that needed to have a war against its own people to end slavery? This unnecessary war resulted in one third or more of the American males to be killed, and untold financial losses, and destruction and hardships.

Secondly Lincoln   did not free the Slaves.  The “Emancipation Proclamation” only freed slaves in the southern states where Lincoln had no jurisdiction at the time. The 13th amendment did abolish slavery in the United States on January 31, 1865.  It was ratified after the death of Lincoln on December 6, 1865. (After the War Between the States). Keep in mind that the Negroes would have to wait another100 years to obtain their civil rights even though they had been freed from slavery.

Thirdly, the states do have the right to secede; Abraham Lincoln was wrong.  Remember, the Federal Government derives its power to govern by the consent of the people.  The southern states had no longer consented to be governed by a federal government that was not respecting their constitutional rights. The original Articles of Confederation had a provision that, once signed, meant a colony could not secede. It was referred to as a Perpetual Union.  This concept means that states were not permitted to withdraw from the Union. There followed an enduring conflict between a perpetual union and state sovereignty, never clearly resolved.  This provision was not added to the constitution because there were some colonies that refused to sign if it were included.  A few years later there was a failed attempt to enact a constitutional amendment prohibiting states the right to secede.  It did not pass.  So doesn’t it follow that the states do have a right to secede? Many political scholars believe that the ultimate defense against federal government tyranny is the right of secession.

The next big event that helped to destroy our country occurred in 1913 when President Wilson and Congress fraudulently approved the unconstitutional 16th Amendment and the Federal Reserve Act.  The American people have become slaves when required to pay income tax on their labor.  Each of us has to work several hours in each work day, without being paid, just to pay this tax.  Isn’t that one definition of slavery; working without pay? A large portion of a person’s income tax on wages goes to pay the unnecessary interest on the debt rather than for government services.

The next big event that has accelerated our downfall was the assassination of President Kennedy.  Actually this was not an assassination by a lone gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald as most people have been led to believe, but rather a coup within our own government, orchestrated by people like Lyndon Johnson, J. Edgar Hoover and the mafia with the support of high ranking officials in the Dallas Police Department and the CIA. The coup continued with the bogus Warren Commission of November 29, 1963. President Lyndon Johnson, who was part of the conspiracy, launched a federal investigation into the assassination chaired by Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren.

A new investigation should be made to correct the mistakes made by the Warren Commission and once and for all reveal the truth.  Many files used by the Warren Commission were sealed for security reasons. This is another way of saying “sealed to protect those guilty of participating in the coup.”  Many of the files were declassified in the 1990s, but a small trove of about 1,100 records was kept under wraps. These documents are scheduled for release by 2017.

More recently, the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001 nearly destroyed our country.  The true perpetrators have not been publically exposed.  Independent studies have concluded that Israel was most likely involved along with a select group of highly placed individuals’ within our own government.  The fact that the true perpetrators still remain free shows just how much control the unelected controllers have.  Again, a new investigation should be made to correct the mistakes made by the 9-11 Commission.

I am afraid that voting in the federal elections will not change much.  Sadly to say, we have waited too long.  The Banksters, Big Military Industrial Complex Companies, the controlled media and Israel are in complete control of our country.  We only have the illusion of a two party representative system.  Replacing the status quo in both parties and the unelected controllers will be extremely difficult.   For the most part, voting today, at the federal level, is merely voting for continued tyranny.

There are several solutions to return to the days of Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin and reestablish a “Republic” from our failed “Democracy.”

Revolution- A revolution might work but it would be very costly in human lives and suffering.  Also the new government could be worse than the one we had.  We could get a new government led by someone like Joseph Stalin.

Secession- Secession could also be costly in human lives and suffering even though it is constitutional. Remember, Abraham Lincoln was wrong; the states do have the right to secede.

Nullification- We must continue State nullification of unconstitutional federal laws.  This is already being done in regards to marijuana, gun laws, Medicaid, Obama Care, etc.  Hopefully our state representatives will continue to expand nullification and regain control of the federal Government.  Nullification is the safest way to reclaim our government that truly represents the people instead of special interest groups.

Last but not least:

Federal Reserve Banking - The private Federal Reserve System must be abolished. We must   allow the US Treasury Department to issue interest free treasury notes instead of interest bearing Federal Reserve notes.

Fractional Reserve banking should only be allowed for banks owned by the tax payers.  In St. Joseph, Missouri this would consist of new banks to be established; Bank of St. Joseph, Mo., Bank of Buchannan County, and Bank of the state of Missouri.  Commercial Banks like Wells Fargo, US Bank, etc. should only be allowed to loan their own money and not profit from fiat money created out of thin air as they are currently doing.

CIA- The CIA must be totally abolished and replaced with an entirely new organization.

Bills before Congress must consist of only one subject.

Expenses of the federal government must be paid from transparent taxes instead of non-transparent debt financing which causes the hidden inflation tax to soar.  Debt financing allows the congress to engage in out of control spending and in the financing of war which is hidden in the inflation tax.

Time is running out to make these changes without bloodshed.  We have the instruction manual, the Constitution; all we need to do is to follow it.

Cut the Cable TV

By: Larry Flinchpaugh

January 13, 2015

About one year ago, I decided to disconnect from Cable TV because of the hundred or so channels, I was only watching about ten.  Besides I could save $44.00 a month on my cable bill.

A good friend of mine had put up an antenna and was getting about 25 channels free over the air.  My house was about the same elevation above sea level as his, so I thought I would give it a try.  My results were not quite as good as his but I did get the major TV networks, PBS and a few independent networks.  The fact that I had five TV’s connected to the same antenna was mainly why I did not receive as many channels as my friend.

You can buy a double bay, eight bow ties, antenna for about $40.00 on the internet.  Since my roof was fairly steep and I am 75 years old, I decided to let a professional install it.  It cost me $400.00 to have it installed; including the antenna.  In less than one year I had saved enough from my cable bill to pay for the installation and antenna.

At first, I had a little trouble adjusting to the limited channels available with just my antenna.  But then I got the idea to buy a cheap, no frills computer-no monitor, printer, etc., to hook up to my main TV in the den.  That way, I would have full access to all the videos and internet TV that is gradually growing on the internet.   It was easy to connect using a HDMI cable from the computer to the TV so you can use the TV as both a computer monitor and a TV.  My wireless Wi Fi provided the internet connection to my TV computer.  I found a wireless keyboard and mouse at Menards for only $20.00.  That made it easy for me to surf the web from my recliner which is 10 feet from the TV.

However, it was a little awkward sitting in my recliner with the key board in my lap to find something to watch on the internet.  That’s when I got the idea to put all the free TV sources from the internet, including you tube and Facebook on a tool bar on my web site.  That way, all I had to do was put my web site ICON on the TV/Computer in the den and presto.  I add access, with one or two clicks, to the free TV sites.  Not only was this a cool, arrangement for me, It was available to anyone visiting my web site.  www.larryflinchpaugh.com

I still had one more TV in the basement recreation room that only received over the air TV stations.  Not wanting to spend another $300-$400.00 for another computer for this TV, I purchased a ROKU 3 media player for $80.00.   It is not quite as good as a computer which allows you to surf the net but it does allow you to get free you tube videos, news casts like Russia Today, etc.  It’s really designed to push video sales to Net Flix, Hulu, Amazon TV, etc.  There are just enough free sites to still make it worth spending the $80.00 for the ROKU media player.

To get the most benefit from YouTube and PBS, you should sign up for the free app that allows you to select videos to watch later.  It is easier to search for videos on the main desk top computer than it is from your computer hooked to your TV.

The configuration described above  most likely won’t be needed in the future because companies like Samsung have already started selling a Smart TV that will access some of these video sites.  Some blue ray players will do the same.  However it may be a long time before you can actually surf the net from a TV.

Before we can even begin to answer the question, “Are You Anti-Semitic,” we must first define our terms. The Radical definition would most likely include denying the Holocaust, wanting to kill all the Jews in the world and wiping Israel off the face of the earth. A Moderate definition of Anti-Semitic would most likely revolve around prejudices (real or imagined) that Jews disproportionally control the (1) world’s banking system, (2) US Congress, (3) media (including Hollywood), and (4) has long term plans to increase the size of Israel by annexing the Gaza strip and the West Bank; and maybe even Syria and the Eastern section of the Golan Heights presently controlled by Syria. Fortunately there are more Moderates than there are Radicals when it comes to the subject of anti-Semitism.

Actually, the term anti-Semite began in Germany in 1853 but was popularized in 1873 and most recently revolves around the alleged German Holocaust of the 1930’s and 40’s as described by the modern day historians.  The “Revisionist” Historians, however, not denying the Holocaust, have a somewhat different view on what happened during this period of history.  They question the six million figure and the Nuremberg confessions which they claim were coerced and the fact that no records were every found that proved that Hitler’s “Final Solution” was that of killing all the Jews in Germany.  They point out that Hitler’s military was comprised of thousands of Jews loyal to the Third Reich.  The revisionist also point out that the Jews were not the only ones to suffer in the WWI and WWII time period.  It is estimated that 30-40 million Russians were killed or imprisoned by Jews participating in the 1917 Russian revolution, that millions of Japanese civilians  were killed by the US unnecessarily  dropping atomic bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima, thousands of Chinese were  killed by the Japanese, Americas’ firebombing in Dresden Germany of non-military targets killed thousands and General Eisenhower allowed  approximately a million  German prisoners of war to die  from lack of food and exposure to the elements.

There was enough death and destruction to go around for everyone involved; not just the Jews.  The Holocaust tragedy must be kept in perspective and be a lesson for mankind to not ever allow this type of thing to ever happen again.

There has been an entire industry created by the Jews promoting the idea that criticism of Israel or Jews in particular is Anti-Semitic.  This practice has worked very well for them in limiting negative criticism in establishing the state of Israel and forcibly removing Palestinians from their homes.

The Global Anti-Semitism Review Act of 2004 was enacted by the United States Congress on October 16, 2004. It orders the United States State Department to monitor global anti-Semitism, reporting annually to the United States Congress. As of 2014, I cannot find where any American has been prosecuted in court for anti-Semitism violations but may be taken to court, and rightly so, for so called “Hate Crimes.”

If you even question the Holocaust in Germany, you may be tried as a criminal and sentenced up to 5 years in prison. BBC NEWS reported, 15 February 2007 that Ernst Zuendel was convicted of 14 counts of inciting racial hatred and for denying that the Nazis killed six million Jews during World War II. Germany hopes to make Holocaust denial a crime across the EU as part of a package of laws it wants to introduce during its presidency of the bloc.

Anti-Semitism may be demonstrated in several different ways.  Today, it can include negative criticism of Israel’s governmental policies or can be directed at individuals Jews. It is important to make this distinction.  Criticizing the Israel government policies does not imply you hate individual Jews; just the Israeli government’s policies. Criticizing Israeli government policies does not mean that a person hates the Jewish people any more than criticizing President Obama makes you a racist.

The Jews have been persecuted for at least two thousand years; starting with the New Testament account where Jesus overturned the Jewish money changers tables. Other important historical periods of history illustrating the persecution of Jews are:

•           The persecutions which preceded the First Crusade in 1096

•           The expulsion from England in 1290

•           The massacres of Spanish Jews in 1391

•           The persecutions of the Spanish Inquisition

•           The expulsion from Spain in 1492

•           Cossack massacres in Ukraine of 1648–1657

•           Various persecutions in Imperial Russia between 1821 and 1906

•           The 1894–1906 Dreyfus affair in France

•           Official Soviet anti-Jewish policies

•           Arab and Muslim involvement in the Jewish exodus from Arab and Muslim countries.

•           The Holocaust in German-occupied Europe in the 1930’s and 40’s

There are many people today that do not consider Israel a friend of the United States.  In 1967 Israel attacked the USS Liberty ship in international waters with unmarked planes and torpedo boats killing 34 American servicemen and wounding countless others. President Lyndon Johnson and his defense secretary, Robert McNamara, ordered that the inquiry conclude the incident was an accident even though it was evident that Israel purposely attacked our ship that was plainly flying the American flag. Israel apparently had hoped that Egypt would be blamed and the US would enter the conflict assisting Israel’s war with Egypt.

Independent investigators of the 9-11 attack on the World Trade Center concluded that Israel was involved in the attack or at least had advanced knowledge of the attack and failed to notify American officials.

Jews who prejudicially label non-Jews as anti-Semitic for their views against Jews should re-read the Talmud and the Old Testament, particularly Deuteronomy-Chapter 7, to see how the Jews feel about non-Jews (Gentiles).   According to the Jewish Talmud, the non-Jew is considered an animal (beast) and has no property or legal rights. Many historical figures such as Voltaire, Thomas Jefferson, Henry Ford and even President Harry Truman have made comments on these abominable beliefs of the Jews. In support of the Jews, one must ask if the majority of Jews actually believe this portion of their holy books or consider it merely as history describing the events at that time.  The Christians also have many deplorable views described in their old testament, that hopefully few Christians actually believe today.  Namely that gays and lesbians should be executed (Leviticus 20:13),  women should only speak in the privacy of their own home (1Corinthians 14:34-35) and that if you discover your bride to be is not a virgin, you are instructed to kill her and put her body on her father’s doorstop (Deuteronomy 22: 13-21). And last but not least, under certain circumstances one is supposed to eat their own dung and drink their own piss. (ll Kings 18:27)

It is understandable that many contemporary Jews   have much anger instilled within their character because of their need to survive the negative aspects of their lives down thru the ages.  This anger is illustrated today in media personalities like Buddy Hackett and Don Rickles.  Their entire personality and comedy routine is one that is angry at the world.

A few years ago, I had a young women customer in my antique shop loudly complaining that everything in my jewelry case was overpriced.  In a disrespecting voice commanded, “Open up the case, I want to see a piece of jewelry.”  I replied, “I don’t think so.” She said “what?”  I explained that what she said about the prices was an insult to me and I preferred not to sell her anything because of her rudeness and lack of respect for me and my business.  She hesitated for a moment and then replied, “I’m sorry.  I am Jewish and cannot help it.”  I accepted her apology and opened the case and she bought almost a hundred dollars’ worth of jewelry.

Has the suffering of the Jews over the last 2,000 years or so been solely the unjust treatment of them by non-Jews or has it been the consequences of how the Jews themselves have interacted with the Gentiles?

It is understandable that one might be Anti-Semitic if they were merely defending themselves from Jewish “Anti-Gentilism” prejudices. Doesn’t this type of criticism go both ways? Is it fair that it is not politically correct to criticize the Zionist Government of Israel or for that matter an individual Jew? Why should any person or government entity be exempt from criticism?

As you can see, the hatred of the Jews has been around for quite some time. As painful as it is, I believe the question must be asked, “How much of this hatred is caused by their own interactions with their fellow man and how much is out right prejudices with no basis in reality?

Anytime you criticize the country of Israel, you are immediately opening yourself up to condemnation. Somehow that doesn’t seem reasonable. Should the members of the Jewish   Government, including the Prime Minister, be a ‘privileged Class” not subject to criticism?  It has been reported by others that of all the Israeli Prime Ministers, Menachem Begin was the only PM that ever attended a synagogue services outside of official duty, and even that was very rarely. So if this is true, criticizing the Israeli government does not mean you are criticizing the Jewish religion.

I will continue to criticize the Israeli government, and its unwarranted grip on the American congress, and for the damage the Jewish bankers and media leaders have done to this country. No, that does not mean I am anti-Semitic.  It only means I am unhappy with individual Jews who are inflicting harm to me personally and to my country.

Banking as a Public Utility

Contrary to popular belief, money is not the root of all evil unless it is created by a private bank instead of a government entity owned by the people.  Money creation should be a “Public Utility” with the purpose of merely being the “Score Keeper” that allows commerce to operate efficiently.  It rewards those who add value to a product or service by utilizing their skills and hard work.

There is a misconception, by many, that money must be backed by precious metals like gold or silver.  If our money consisted of gold and silver or paper money backed by gold or silver, we would still be bartering which is a very inefficient way to conduct commerce.  Trading gold and silver for goods and services doesn’t address the real issue in conducting commerce.  The amount of gold and silver in a bank, or under ones mattress, or still in the ground has nothing to do with the amount of money needed to be  in circulation for people  to consume products and services.

To illustrate the point that money does not need any precious metal backing, consider this fictional example.  A traveling salesman goes into a small town and stops at the local hotel to get a room for the night.  He wants to inspect the room before paying for it so he lays a $100 bill on the counter and tells the clerk to hold the room until he can personally inspect it.  The clerk quickly summons the hotel’s maid, who has also been providing extra services to the guests and employees. The hotel clerk pays her the $100 he owed her and she immediately goes next door to pay her grocery bill.  The grocery store owner runs across the street to pay the butcher’s bill.  The butcher quickly goes to the hotel to pay for the room he has rented for his overnight guest.  About that time the salesman came down the stairs and picked up his $100 bill saying that the room was not exactly what he had been looking for.  Look how many accounts had been cleared with nothing more than a piece of paper with no banks nor any gold or silver involved.

Solving America’s, and for that matter, the world’s monetary crisis, is not as complicated as one might think. However, to do so, peoples understanding of money and its purpose must be radically changed.

“Banking as a Public Utility” is not a new idea but it is a subject that is rarely discussed in the media or even by economists.  We all have lived with the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment now for over 100 years and have grown complacent in adopting any new monetary reforms. However, former Congressman, Ron Paul has made some headway by introducing a Federal Reserve audit which hopefully will result in ending our current corrupt, evil and unconstitutional banking system which was designed to make huge profits for the bankers at the expense of the people.

A country’s banking system should be for the benefit of the people instead of private bankers. Consider the hypothetical example that in 2015, the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was $100 trillion dollars and there was only $75 trillion dollars in money and credit to consume the GDP that already had been produced.  Under our system today, this excess GDP would have to be purchased by consumers borrowing from banks.  The banks will benefit from this inequality even though they had nothing to do with creating it.  If we adopted the concept of “Banking as a Public Utility”, the US Treasury could credit every adult male and female’s bank account totaling $25 trillion dollars in order that the excess GDP could be consumed.  A few years ago this would have amounted to approximately $10, 000 each for every adult male and female citizen.

Even if you presently  believe that this a very unlikely scenario, it is important to understand the concept so that  in the future you will be less likely to believe the bankers and controllers who will attempt to convince you that “Banking as a Public Utility”  is a crazy  banking idea.  You will understand that it is a truly feasible concept.

On July 9, 1896, at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, one of the most famous political speeches in American history was delivered by William Jennings Bryan. The issue was an inflationary measure that would increase the amount of money in circulation. After several speeches on the subject, Bryan who aspired to be the Democratic nominee for president rose to speak. His now famous speech has become known as the “Cross of Gold” speech. “We believe that the right to coin money and issue money is a function of government ... Those who are opposed to this proposition tell us that the issue of paper money is a function of the bank and that the government ought to go out of the banking business. I stand with Jefferson ... and tell them, as he did, that the issue of money is a function of the government and that the banks should go out of the governing business.” William Jennings Bryan understood this principal even in 1896 before the Federal Reserve act and the 16th amendment were enacted in 1913.

Congress could abolish the Federal Reserve Act, or we could do what President Kennedy did and have the US Treasury Department issue interest free Treasury Notes instead of interest bearing Federal Reserve notes.  Keep in mind, however, that Kennedy was assassinated in a coup a few months later and an incident similar to this could happen again.

To make sure that only enough money was inserted into the economy that represented the difference in the GDP and money and credit already in circulation, a new Central Bank board would need to be formed.  The board might consist of all 50 state governors and senior members of both the House and Senate.

It would be unlawful to print money to cover government expenses.  All government expenses would be required to be paid for from transparent taxes instead of non-transparent debt financing as is presently done. Paying for government expenses through debt financing causes the hidden inflation tax to soar.

Our new banking structure would include one Federal Government Central Bank operated by the United States Treasury Department and numerous city, county, and state banks, owned by the taxpayers,  to replace the private banks like Wells Fargo, City bank, US banks, etc.  The present private state banks would be allowed to remain but would not be allowed to  participate any longer in fractional reserve banking; they could only loan their own money and would  be prohibited  from  creating money from the creation of loans as they had done in the past.

There are other advantages of abolishing the private Federal Reserve and Fractional Reserve Banking and reserving these services for only those Banks owned by the government. (People):

It would eliminate nearly all undeclared wars referred to by some as “Nation Building Wars.”   The cost of these unnecessary wars would now have to be paid for through transparent taxes instead of non-transparent debt financing.    Just imagine the President of the United States coming on the evening news to announce that the U.S. was going to bomb Iran and Syria but since they could no longer borrow the money, as has been done in the past, it would be necessary to raise our income tax rate double for the next five years to pay for the additional war expenditures. The President then might say, “I sure hope you folks don’t mind.”   There would an immediate outcry and plans to stop such tyrany.

I don’t approve of Fractional Reserve Banking that allows a privately owned bank to profit by creating money out of thin air and loaning it  to their customers, charging them interest.  However, I do approve of a bank owned by the people being allowed to engage in Fractional Reserve Banking.  The profit created by a city, County or state bank could be used to make infrastructure improvements and in some cases finance new government projects at reduced costs.

Ellen Brown, on her “Web of Debt” Blog October 12, 2014 posted How to Protect Public Revenues from the Next Meltdown.” She goes into great detail  on how to start a city, county or state bank at virtually no cost or risk and  explains that it is not only possible but would have great rewards for the various government entities.

Banking As a public utility may seem an impossible goal but it could become a reality as more people, including our representatives, understand how seriously flawed our current  monetary system is and  how dangerously near it is to total collapse.

Subliminal Propaganda

The controlled mainstream media is literally changing your mind without you even being aware of it.  How do I know that?  I will attempt to prove it to you with a little exercise.  What are the first thoughts that come into your mind when certain phrases or words are presented to you?

  • Criticism of Israel – It is obvious you are anti-Semitic.
  • Criticism of Obama – It is obvious you are a raciest.
  • Conspiracy Nut – This person’s comments are not to be taken seriously.
  • Ron Paul – Out of the mainstream, No chance of winning, Waco banking ideas.
  • Birther – Obama is not qualified to be President of the United States.
  • Terrorist – Needs to be destroyed; no reason necessary.

All of the above terms and countless more have been choreographed over time to control the masses opinions efficiently with little elaboration.  They have been very effective.  Note that Ron Paul was not elected president and most everyone is very careful not to criticize Israel for fear of being labeled anti-Semitic.

It should be pointed out that both Liberals and Conservatives use this ploy but since I am basically a conservative, I won’t illustrate the conservative’s attempts to do the same as the liberal media.  The point here is that you should be aware of what is happening and do not let others take over your critical thinking.

A few nights ago, while having dinner with my Liberal relatives, I related a Facebook joke that showed a picture of a middle class home with an Obama Campaign sign in the yard.  The caption to the joke read, “Notice to all illegal Aliens.  When you see this sign in a yard, knock on the door and that person will provide you with food and shelter.”  Being a conservative, I thought it was pretty funny.  One of my relatives said it showed the compassion of the home owner.  I took this to mean that he believed that the Liberals are compassionate and conservatives are only for the wealthy.  This is another concept that has polluted the minds of the electorate.  Actually conservatives are more compassionate than Liberals.

A liberal’s idea of feeding the hungry is to use forced income distribution to buy the poor man a fish.  But the conservative would rather teach the man how to fish and maybe even provide him with the equipment so he will be able to feed himself for a lifetime.

A significant number of Liberals believe that Conservatives only support the rich and that Liberals are the saviors of the downtrodden.  Yes the conservatives have the Koch Brothers but the liberals have George Soros and Bill Gates. There are plenty of rich political donors shoveling obscene amounts of money to candidates of both parties

The bottom line is to be aware that the media is constantly trying to convince you of only their side of the story. Don’t be taken in.

I Support neither Israel nor Hamas.

Only Christians believe that Jesus was the son of God and that the Jews are Gods chosen people.  Since only one third of the world is Christian, doesn't it follow that two thirds of the world’s people do not believe this? There is much suffering in the world today simply because of one third of the world’s religious beliefs.

The so called justification for the existence of Israel today is the Bible and the collective guilt from the Holocaust.  I disregard the Bible’s justification because the Jews of today controlling Israel are not Biblical Jews but rather Zionist Jews that have hijacked the Jewish faith.

The United Nations in 1948 and President Truman should never have recognized Israel as a legitimate state.  If what has been reported as true concerning the Holocaust, it would have been more appropriate to carve out an Israeli state in Germany.

Israel, a country smaller than New Jersey is wreaking havoc over the entire world because of false and unsound religious beliefs and the Zionist hijacking of the True Jewish people.

You Better Think This Through ©

I am amazed at people who often times suggest a solution to a problem without thinking through all the ramifications of their solution.  They are only concerned with one aspect of the issue and fail to see how their solution may help some people but may harm others.  Shouldn’t we propose solutions that attempts to protect everyone’s rights and liberty; not just one particular person or group? Below are three separate examples.

(1) Religion in schools - Have you ever heard friends of yours say, “We need to put religion back in our school system?”  The first question I ask them is, “Which religion are you talking about?”  They immediately look at me with a surprised look on their face like I am some kind of idiot and reply, “Christian of course.”  Then I attempt to explain to them that since  not all tax payers  in the school  system are Christians, we would definitely need to teach Mormonism,  Judaism,  Atheism and in more and more communities Islam. Their solution must address other religious groups that might not be acceptable to them.  On second thought it might be best to keep religious teaching out of our public school system and leave it to the students’ parents and those enrolled in parochial schools.

(2) Minimum wage - At dinner the other night a close friend of mine was complaining that workers at restaurants should be paid a livable wage.  This person is very intelligent and well-meaning but was not looking at all aspects of her solution.  I too would like to see people have a livable wage but disagree with her how this is to be accomplished and still be fair to all parties concerned.   I first explained the reason people make a minimum wage is because they have minimum skills.  Her rebuttal was that the businesses are already making too much money and should therefore share it with their employees.  On the surface this might seem reasonable but again it doesn’t protect all parties involved.

Should business owners’ rights be taken away from him by forcing him to abide by a minimum wage law in excess of $7.25 or $9.32 an hour as it is now in some states?  For example if fast food restaurants  are required to pay employees excess salaries beyond their skill levels, the business will have three choices to choose from. (a) It can raise the price of its food to such a level that poor people will not be able to pay such a high prise for a hamburger, (b) It can install automated order takers and new robotic equipment that will cook the burgers, slice the tomatoes, etc. and even wrap the burger or (c) It may simply close the business.  None of this made any dent in her reasoning; all she could think about what was in the best interest of the employee and to hell with the business owner and the customers who would not be able to afford to buy the food at a reasonable cost due to the high wages of the employees.

(3)  Right to smoke – As one of my former face Book friends said, I broke her heart when she read that I supported the No Smoking Ordinance for St. Joseph.  Again she was only focusing on the rights of the smokers and the business’s right to be free to run their business as they see fit with minimum interference from government.  Sounds good.  But there are other people’s rights that must be considered. What about the employee?  Shouldn’t the employer be required to provide a safe working environment for its employees?   What about the next generation of smokers? A side benefit is for young people to be less likely to take up smoking because it will be evident to them that smoking is not socially acceptable.  Smokers and non-smokers alike should agree with this.

(4) Right to Work – Why is it that people are so against “Right to Work” ‘laws which gives workers a choice to join a labor union or not. “Right to Work” laws do not prohibit unions; it just makes membership voluntary.  It can be argued that it is beneficial to some workers but what about the person who doesn’t want or need protection from a union?  We must protect the rights of both; those who wish to belong to a union and those who do not.

On reflection, don’t you believe that it’s best to think through your snap decisions for solutions to our country’s problems by being certain that everyone’s rights are protected rather than just one particular person or group?

No Shortage of Jobs

No matter what you have been told, there is not a shortage of jobs.  Each of us needs food, shelter, clothing, utilities, transportation and healthcare and most of us are willing to work for it. This country is still rich in natural resources, innovation and people who are eager to work. The problem is that there is not enough money to keep track of the effort each of us expends in adding value to a product or service.

Look at the depression in the l930’s where we had 25% unemployment and farm prices fell by 60%. The unemployment figures showed that there was not enough money to pay employees; not that there were people unwilling to work.  There was a contrived shortage of money and banks foreclosed on millions of our citizens’ homes, farms and businesses.  As soon as the bankers decided that we had to go to war, there was plenty of money for tanks, airplanes, etc.

One of the most important jobs of our government is to have a monetary system that serves the people instead of the bankers. There is a simple but little understood solution, that even most of our elected leaders don’t understand.  The unelected leaders understand but keep it a secret.

We must abolish (1) the private Federal Reserve cartel that charges us interest for loaning us our own money (2) Fractional reserve banking where a bank can loan up to 90% of their depositors’ money and (3) income tax on our citizens’ salary. We need to allow our Treasury department to print our money interest free.

A rather radical and revolutionary idea would be for our country to declare bankruptcy and write off the 45% of our nation’s debt that is owed to the private Federal Reserve. You need not feel sorry for the banksters because they have stolen many times this amount from the American tax payer since the enactment in 1913 of the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment.

Don’t be concerned about inflation with the U.S. Treasury Department printing our money. It couldn’t be any worse than the Fed’s record where our dollar has lost 95% of its value since 1913. It is only going to get worse with the bailouts of our banks and companies that are “Too Big to Fail.” We are rewarding these companies for their inefficient activities and sometime criminal behavior at tax payers’ expense.

Be sure to vote wisely in 2010 where we have the ability to replace the entire house and one third of the senate.

The Liberalism Disease ©

For some time now, doctors have been reporting a sharp increase in cases of patients afflicted with the “Liberalism Disease.”  They report that it afflicts not only poor and uneducated people but also highly intelligent people and people of means.  For some unknown reason it afflicts a high percentage of college professors and academics.  Until recently the doctors were at a loss as to the cause of this disease because of it being so widely spread among such a diversity of people.

Many doctors believe that their patients are merely making excuses for being lazy and firmly believe that the government has an obligation to take care of them through tax payer supported welfare benefits. Their solution to what they believe is corporate greed is to support income distribution.  They don’t seem to realize that income distribution is the same as stealing from those who have worked hard to attain their wealth and wellbeing, and re-distribute it, in many cases, to those who refuse to adopt a strong work ethic. Entitlements, paid for by the tax payers, are believed to be a birthright for those suffering from this disease.

Many  doctors and psychologists  suspect that it afflicts mainly those who have been sheltered from the harsh realities of life and don’t live in the “Real World.”  It appears to also be connected to heredity because so many who have this disease have been on government assistance for several generations.

Following are some of the more common symptoms:

  • It creates fantasies in the minds of those afflicted - mainly that they deserve a guaranteed living wage regardless of their type of employment, free college education,  and, debt forgiveness for the 99%. They believe that no one should have to go into debt for the basic things in their lives, like healthcare, housing and education which should be provided for by the government.

  • Believing that those who criticize our nation’s first black president makes them a racist or criticizing Israel makes them Anti-Semitic.  Explaining to them that you are merely criticizing policies appears to be beyond their understanding.

  • Believing that voting for Liberal Legislators means they are supporting legislators who adhere to their oath to support the Constitution. However, the “Constitutional Score Card” reveals that Liberal legislators, on average, score 20% and below in voting for constitutional issues and Conservative legislators score in the range of 60% and above.

  •  For some unknown reasons most with this affliction believe that MSNBC is an excellent source of truthful and unbiased news. They are extremely uncomfortable with any alternative news sources that are in opposition to their faulty opinions.  It is more comfortable for them to agree with their close friends and relatives who believe exactly like themselves no matter what the truth may be.

  • Those afflicted with this disease cannot comprehend that equal opportunity means equal opportunity for everyone; not just their select group.  They are against the “Right to Work” laws where union membership cannot be required as a condition of employment.  In their view it is only  Unions who can protect  workers.  They fail to understand that equal opportunity must also protect those who do not want or who do not need protection from a Union.

Those afflicted with this disease keep demanding that the wealthy pay their fair share of taxes.  They are not aware that wealthy Americans pay nearly 70% of the federal tax burden and that almost 50% of the population pays zero taxes; some even get money back without paying into the system.

These Liberals falsely believe that Conservatives are greedy and heartless people that refuse to help the less fortunate.  Those suffering from this disease don’t understand that perpetually giving someone assistance will ultimately cause the recipient to become dependent, lazy and unhappy.

Do you recall seeing the warning signs in our National Parks, “Please Do Not Feed the Animals - It Will Make Them Dependent?” Also the proverb, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime?" This is true compassion.

By the way, there is also a Conservative disease but it isn’t as serious as the Liberalism disease.  There is a cure for both; get informed and then get involved.

Being Informed

Isn’t it our duty as American Citizens to be informed and involved in our local, state and federal politics?  Too many people say, “I’m not going to waste my time.  What good could I do?”   Plato has been quoted as saying, “The Price of Apathy towards Public Affairs is to be ruled by evil men.” This is exactly what has happened to us today in America. I usually say to these people, “You may not be interested in Politics but Politics is interested in you. “

Look at the evilness in our leaders who are permitted to   continually promote wars, not for our defense but for their profit and power because not enough people care to get involved. Also consider that our people’s standard of living is constantly eroding because the hidden inflation tax is destroying the middle class and most people don’t understand what is happening.  They complain about high prices but have no idea that high prices are caused by enormous government non-transparent debt financing of our country’s expenses instead of paying government expenses through transparent taxes.

Many of my friends and relatives and I am sure yours also,   don’t share my passion to save our country from ruin.  Many uninformed people and political gurus look at me as a radical, a conspiracy nut and a Revolutionary.  I am merely following in the footsteps of people like Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin who would roll over in their grave if they could see that we have abandoned the “Republic” form of government they so courageously gave us  but  which has been replaced with a “Democracy.”  A Democracy has been defined as three wolves and a sheep deciding what’s for dinner.

A look at what has happened to our country in the last few years scares the hell out of me but most assuredly encourages me to get involved.

We all must become informed and then vote for those leaders that will do what is right for the people instead of what is profitable for themselves.  I talk to people every day that get their news and inspiration from their monthly visits to the barber shop or the controlled news media on TV.   Some are even naive enough to believe what is spewed out on the MSNBC Comedy Hour, Bill O’Reilly and the Glen Beck Show.

And many don’t support their local news media.  In St. Joseph we have two fine papers which everyone who is financially able should support; the St. Joseph News Press and the Saint Joseph Telegraph.  Over the years both have printed many of my Letters to the Editor and Press Releases promoting my books and other causes which I am engaged in.

Facebook Etiquette

Adhering to proper etiquette on Facebook or any other social media is no different than what you should follow in your place of work or personal relationships with friends and relatives.  Just because you’re discussing issues on the internet instead of face to face should not lower your standards regarding the respect of those with views different from your own.

Just recently, I got involved in two separate posts regarding the recently passed “Smoking Ordinance” and also the issue of ‘Is Jesus really God” and “Is the Bible divinely inspired?” Both of these posts were highly emotional and at the beginning of the discussion everyone seemed to be tolerant and somewhat respectful but as the discussion continued, it quickly deteriorated mainly because of four individuals’ lack of social skills.   These four individuals are intelligent and normally respectful of others views, but in this case they failed.

There are those who believe that embarrassing and hurtful confrontations like this can be avoided by not discussing such controversial subjects on Facebook. Granted that is a solution but is it the correct solution? Shouldn’t we all be intelligent enough and adult enough to explain our own opinion about a controversial subject and at the same time respect others opinions?  Just because the news media, especially MSNBC, engages in improper behavior of name calling should not imply that is the standard for others to follow.  It is understandable that many of us are so frustrated in what is happening to our country and our inability to make things right no matter who we vote for encourages us to strike out.  But that doesn’t make it right.

Facebook is an important social media venue that gives us the ability to share information with friends and relatives; some of which we would have never found if Facebook hadn’t come along to enable us to reconnect with long lost friends.  Should we be limited to what topics can be discussed just because some participants don’t have the ability to maintain respect and understanding of opinions different from their own?  I for one don’t believe so.  Even when people disagree they can learn from discussions with others.

Facebook is a dynamic scrapbook of our lives.  Let’s not clutter it up with junk.

Are Conspiracy Theorists on to Something?

A “Conspiracy Theory is an explanation of an event that accuses two or more persons, a group, or an organization of having caused or covered up an illegal or harmful event. The event was carried out in secret and an often time is designed to blame the incident on someone other than the true perpetrators (Known as a False Flag event).

The nice people you come in contact with will call you a “Conspiracy Theorist” if you question the Media’s explanation of events, and those not so nice will call you a “Conspiracy Nut.” If you are immediately labeled a “Conspiracy Nut,” you may as well not waste your time explaining your viewpoint.  Your adversaries have already had their minds contaminated by the media, government propaganda and views from their like-minded uninformed friends and relatives. Your views are completely outside their comfort zone and instead of listening to you; they will viciously attack your character and ignore your points.  It doesn’t matter if you have reliable data to prove your conclusion.  Your friends find it hard to believe that anyone, including our government, would do such a terrible thing.  They seem to believe that your theory was solely based on a conversation you had last Saturday morning at the barber shop.  They don’t want to listen to a list of your sources and why you believe the way you do.

The evidence of Conspiracies is everywhere. We are all being manipulated on many different levels; namely forced medication with fluoridated drinking water, tainted vaccines, chemtrails, Genetically Modified Food (GMO), Global Warming or as it is now conveniently referred to as Climate change, and mass media programing.  We are also lied to about many things-including the necessity of going to war and who are the “Puppet Masters” controlling our President and Congress.

Many of yesterdays "Conspiracy Theories" have been proven to be factual; of course not all. There are those that purposely propose ridiculous theories just to marginalize the legitimate theories. A recent example would be the person who had a theory that no real planes hit the World Trade center tower or the Pentagon; we were all fooled with an allusion using "Holograms." Of course this is a ridiculous theory but still had the intended effect of marginalizing all other conspiracy theories concerning the 9-11 attack. I even have a Conspiracy Theory regarding this. It is very possible that government operatives intentionally do this to make the legitimate theories look ridiculous.

It was hard to believe the government and media’s explanation of what happened on 9-11, 2001.  They wanted us to believe that a feeble man hooked up to a dialysis machine in a cave in Afghanistan (Osama bin Laden) directed 19 Arab hijackers to overcome all of our sophisticated high tech defense mechanisms including the FBI, CIA, causing NORAD to stand down, etc., and only armed with box cutters and little flying experience, expertly crashed planes into the Pentagon and World Trade Center towers. It should be obvious to anyone who has done basic research that the American people have not been told the truth about 9-11.  It has still not been proven that our own government was involved but it is obvious that people in high governmental positions either made fatal mistakes or quite possibly allowed the attack to take place and then cover up many of the details. Also the possibility of Israel being involved cannot be ignored.  There are enough unanswered questions to warrant another investigation. Both the United States and Canada have groups calling for another 9-11 investigation. BBC News recently  published an article about the ongoing ReThink911 ad campaign in Ottawa.

Many scientific discoveries are kept secret for many years by our government just to keep the public from discovering that a particular event as explained by a conspiracy nut could be true.  Probably most, but not all, of the so called UFO’s are our own technology since many sightings in the 1950’s have been proven to be our own secret developments.

J. Edgar Hoover used to claim that an organized “Mafia” was just a conspiracy theory.  No one believes Hoover’s lie today. There was a theory that the North Vietnamese did not attack us in the Gulf of Tonkin as President Johnson claimed in August 1964 which got us greatly involved in the Vietnam War.  It has been proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that the Vietnamese did NOT attack us as Johnson claimed. There was a conspiracy theory that claimed we were to fake an attack by Cuba on the United States so America could justify attacking Cuba to depose Fidel Castro.  This was just a theory but later proved to be true when the Northwood’s Project was revealed.

If you mentioned to anyone prior to 1975 that our government had developed a “Heart Attack Gun” in the 1960’s, you would probably have been labeled as a “Conspiracy Nut.” However, it was disclosed in 1975, when Senator Frank Church displayed this gun to a subcommittee investigating the CIA’s illegal activities, as being true. It had been claimed that the CIA was forbidden from killing anyone in the performance of espionage and intelligence-gathering. The gun was designed to be untraceable by firing a bullet made of ice which had been brushed with a minute amount of shellfish toxin. This toxin induces a myocardial infarction in any human, regardless of size or physical fitness. The bullet then melts leaving no trace of any kind. Autopsies would discover the presence of shellfish toxin in the bloodstream, but if the victim has died of a legitimate heart attack, unnaturally induced or not, an autopsy is unlikely. The entrance wound of the dart would appear about as minor as a mosquito bite.

Remember, the reason there are so many “Conspiracy Theories” is because there are so many “Conspiracies.” Our government controllers, not the President and Congress, are interested in keeping their power and control over the sheeple.  They continually erode away our rights through the use of unconstitutional executive orders, lies and propaganda using the controlled media and the increasing level of entitlements that take away the freedoms of the individual.  This is called “Tyranny” and it is the duty of patriotic “Conspiracy Theorists” to expose the truth.

Senior Disappointed With Missouri Western

I remembered reading an interesting article in "US News and World Report" dated April 20, 2009 entitled:

Forget Tuition: How Retirees Can Attend College for Free

A look at universities that offer free or low-cost classes

This sounded like an intriguing idea since I was then 69 years old and had time to attend some college classes as an "Auditing Student." At first I asked myself, "How can the University afford to wave the tuition fees for seniors?" The answer is that this type of senior enrollment causes little or no expense to the University because the student is (1) occupying an unused seat, (2) the instructor does not have the expense of grading the seniors papers, and (3) the University does not have the expense of recording any grades; just attendance records. It is a win win situation for both the University and the seniors. The University is providing a community service and the senior citizens are able to enrich themselves with additional education.

The magazine article stated:

"Tuition Waivers. Approximately 60 percent of accredited degree-granting educational institutions offer tuition waivers for older adults, according to a a November 2008 survey by the American Council on Education...."

I didn't get around to checking to see just how much Missouri Western was offering to seniors by providing free or low coast tuition fees until I was 74 years old in January 2014. It was a very trying experience that wasted 3 hours of my time because at the end of my 3 hour ordeal, I was told the reduced fee from the regular fee of $799.75 would be $221.80 (a reduction of $577.95) According to what I had read in this article, I was expecting the entire tuition fee to be waived or be a more reasonable fee of say $20-30 dollars. I couldn't justify the $221.80 fee.

I was very disappointed that I was not allowed to take the class for a fee that I could personally justify when more reasonable fees were available from 60% of the colleges and Universities in other states.

It would be a nice jester for the University of Missouri to change its fee policy to make this type of class attendance affordable for seniors.

Solution to Our Country's Economic Problems (C)

The only long term solution to our country’s economic problems is to abolish the private and unconstitutional “Federal Reserve System,”  “Fractional Reserve Banking” and the income tax on our personal salaries.  (Just think what a stimulus it would be to our economy if you didn’t pay income tax on your salary!) This does not mean I am a tax protester as labeled by the controlled mainstream media!

We have had three periods in our country’s history when the private banks have controlled our monetary system.  (The Federal Reserve Act was the third time passed in 1913) In between these times our country experienced a booming economy and once the national debt was even paid off including a balanced budget.

The Federal Reserve Act passed in 1913 was supposed to keep our country from serious depressions and periods of inflation eliminating the boom and bust business cycle.  Looks like it hasn’t work.

Now is the time to abolish the Fed and Fractional Reserve Banking and allow our own Treasury Department to issue and print our money supply interest free.  If anyone other than a bank created money in this fashion, it would be declared “fraud” and they would be charged with “counterfeiting.” The income tax we now pay on our salaries does not go to pay for government services but rather pays the private Federal Reserve for the interest it charges us for printing and loaning us our own money.

The banking system we now have is bound to fail.  It is only a matter of when.  The banks through fractional banking practices create the money for the principal for a loan but do not create the money for the interest.  There is always a shortage of money to pay the interest.

The paper money created by the colonists, and the greenbacks created by Lincoln to pay for the Civil War worked just fine.  Neither had any gold or silver backing.  But, many historians believe that Lincoln’s action of bypassing the bank with his interest free “greenbacks” was the reason for his assassination.

Our country is “bankrupt.”  I would suggest that the US Government consider declaring bankruptcy and void all interest and payments to the Federal Reserve.  These write offs would be only a fraction of what the Federal Reserve has stolen from the American people since 1913.  I sometimes get a little depressed thinking our country is going to collapse due to our flawed monetary system.  But then I remember that we still have millions of intelligent hard working people, natural resources, and an infrastructure to recoup what we have lost.  Most people are willing to work to obtain the necessities of life.  The only thing missing is enough money to make it possible to conduct commerce.  Our government can create that money interest free on a printing press so we can conduct commerce efficiently.  It has worked in the past and it will work again.

This is the most important issue you could ever consider in solving our country’s economic problems.  Sadly the majority of the people of this country do not understand and neither do the majority of our political leaders.  Every one of us needs to diligently study this issue so we can make the necessary changes to return our country to that which was envisioned by our founding fathers.

Secret Power of the Juror ©

January 6, 2014

Most people have no idea that when they serve as a juror, they have more power than the president of the United States. Even though they are seldom told, the juror can find the defendant innocent for any reason, even if he broke the law.

The Sixth Amendment of our Constitution guarantees the defendant to a trial by jury as a final "check and balance" for protection from a possible tyrannical governmental law that may not apply in all cases, or protection from a biased judge. For instance, it used to be a felony to help a slave escape. However, there were cases where the jury found the defendant innocent because all he was doing was saving the life of a drowning slave who was attempting to escape.

A few months ago I questioned two local judges to find out their opinion on this issue. One politely disagreed, explaining that if the juror exercised this right, it would be extremely difficult to ever convict someone. I explained that that was the idea and if a mistake was to be made, I would prefer it to being made by a jury of the defendants' peers than from a possible biased judge or an unfair law. The other judge was not so kind. He said, "What law school did you graduate from?" I wanted to ask him if he had flunked his constitutional law course.

But don't ever let a judge or the prosecuting attorney know that you understand your rights as a juror (jury nullification). You could be held in contempt of court and will most certainly not be chosen as a juror during the selection process.

Jury Nullification

I consider trial by jury as the only anchor yet imagined by man by which a government can be held to the principles of its Constitution." Thomas Jefferson

"It is not only his right, but his duty...to find the verdict according to his own best understanding, judgment and conscience, though in direct opposition to the direction of the court." John Adams

"The jury has the right to determine both the law and the facts." Samuel Chase.

"The jury has the power to bring a verdict in the teeth of both law and fact." Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.

"The jury has the right to judge both the law as well as the fact in controversy." John Jay

"If a juror accepts as the law that which the judge states, then the juror has accepted the exercise of absolute authority of a government employee and has surrendered a power and right that once was the citizen's safeguard of liberty." Justice Theophilus Parsons

"If a juror feels that the statute involved in any criminal offence is unfair, or that it infringes upon the defendant's natural god-given unalienable or constitutional rights, then it is his duty to affirm that the offending statute is really no law at all and that the violation of it is no crime at all, for no one is bound to obey an unjust law." Harlan

A few of the states that recognize Jury Nullification:

Article 23 of Maryland’s Constitution states:

In the trial of all criminal cases, the Jury shall be the Judges of Law, as well as of fact, except that the Court may pass upon the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain a conviction. The right of trial by Jury of all issues of fact in civil proceedings in the several Courts of Law in this State, where the amount in controversy exceeds the sum of five thousand dollars, shall be inviolably preserved.

Art. 1, Sec. 19, of Indiana’s Constitution says: In all criminal cases whatever, the jury shall have the right to determine the law and the facts.

Oregon’s Constitution, Art. 1, Sec. 16, states: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed. Cruel and unusual punishments shall not be inflicted, but all penalties shall be proportioned to the offense. In all criminal cases whatever, the jury shall have the right to determine the law, and the facts under the direction of the Court as to the law, and the right of new trial, as in civil cases.

Art. 1, Sec. 1 of Georgia’s Constitution says:

The right to trial by jury shall remain inviolate, except that the court shall render judgment without the verdict of a jury in all civil cases where no issuable defense is filed and where a jury is not demanded in writing by either party. In criminal cases, the defendant shall have a public and speedy trial by an impartial jury; and the jury shall be judges of the law and the facts These constitutional jury nullification provisions endure despite decades of hostile judicial interpretation.

WHAT IS MONEY AND WHO SHOULD CREATE IT?

Guest Columnist: Mark Flinchpaugh

What exactly is money and does it have value? Only indirectly. More accurately, money represents value that has been added by the effort of an individual. Basically, money is simply a vehicle to facilitate commerce; trade between two parties. When you want to purchase something, you are actually bartering. You want to trade something or provide a service to someone to get a service or something in return. However, it is unlikely you will find someone that has exactly what you want and is also willing to part with it in exchange for something you have. So this is where 'money' comes in as a facilitator. You can use gold or silver, or even beads or shells if both parties agree. Or most likely in today’s world, you will use pieces of paper called Federal Reserve Notes. Anything could be used--all that is necessary is that both parties agree on this vehicle based on the belief that this item will be able to be used in a future transaction. Whatever is used is similar to an IOU that can be transferred later to another party. For this IOU to be accepted and transferable, it should be backed up by real items or work performed. Currently, most people believe Federal Reserve Notes have this backing, but they actually don't. Our money used to be backed by and exchanged for physical gold or silver, but it has been many years since this was true. People still use Federal Reserve Notes strictly out of ignorance or faith--faith that someone else will accept them in the future.

The problem with using Federal Reserve Notes is that they are created out of thin air with no backing at all, by private bankers who then loan them to us [the Federal government] and charge us unnecessary  interest! It cost them almost nothing to print and these private bankers have the nerve to charge us interest. This interest cannot be paid back without reducing the total money supply needed to conduct commerce. So we are forever indebted to these banksters because even more money will be needed to be borrowed because of the interest that was never created. This is economic slavery.

To make matters worse, these banksters are increasingly creating astronomical amounts of 'dollars' to fund ‘bailouts’ and giveaway schemes to bankers and corporate insiders. This giant increase in the money supply actually erodes the purchasing power of every dollar in existence. It should be exposed by calling it a hidden inflation tax. Prices keep increasing and most people are not aware of the real reason for this. Our representatives in Congress won't tell us because they benefit from the ever increasing amount of spending. It makes them look good to spend some money for the people and they therefore get re-elected. Because of interest and other factors, the bankers get richer and the people get poorer. This deception is truly a gigantic theft of the American people’s wealth. It has been going on since 1913--the birth of the Federal Reserve System. What a giant scam the banksters have foisted upon us; not only in the United States but throughout the world.

Money is the lifeblood of our economy. It is what circulates through the economy for us to carry on commerce efficiently. The creation of money is much too important for this function to be handled by unelected private bankers whose goal is to enrich themselves at the expense of 'We the People'. The creation of money must be under the control of our elected representatives in Congress who are accountable to us. This is also what our great Constitution states.

Now is the time to abolish the unnecessary and unconstitutional Federal Reserve System and allow our Treasury Department to issue our 'money' interest free, backed by gold and silver to adhere to the Constitution. In reality, it wouldn't even have to be backed up by anything other than the value of the goods and services of our country. We could just tie the issuance of the money to the Gross Domestic Product and there would be no price inflation. One hundred years of this Federal Reserve System scam is long enough. If we don't destroy the Fed, the Fed will end up destroying the United States of America.

Church Tax Exemption Request ©

I have often wondered what kind of response I would get from the Internal Revenue Service if I were to apply for a 501-c tax exemption for a new church I was considering founding. My letter to them might go something like this:

Dear Sirs:

I would like for you to consider giving my new church that I am founding a 501-c tax exemption. My church will be a non-profit organization where none of the earnings will go to me or any private shareholder or individual and we will not attempt to influence any legislation as a substantial part of our activities nor will we participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.

Following is a summary of our church doctrine and our core beliefs:

• If our children are shameless enough to talk back to us, we feel that they should be killed.

• We believe that our creator clearly expects us to keep slaves.

• We believe a man can sell his daughter into sexual slavery.

• If a man discovers, on his wedding night, that his bride is not a virgin, he must stone her to death on   her father's doorstep.

• Our women can only speak in the privacy of their own home.

• We believe that homosexuals are to be put to death.

• Our God is an enemy to unbelievers

• We believe that persecution is worse than slaughter and we are justified in slaying them wherever we   find them and drive them out of the places whence they drove us out. We do not think that those who were slain in the cause of God are dead. They are alive and well provided for by their Lord.

• We believe that our church should not take as friends the people of other religions; they are friends of each other. Those of us who make them his friends is one of them. God does not guide an unjust people.

• We believe that we must make war on the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh with them. Their ultimate abode is Hell, a hapless journey's end.

• Those that don't believe like us are enemies of God and they will roast in Hell.

• We believe that we must be harsh against the unbelievers, merciful to one another.

• If one of our church members is tempted to do evil, we believe that he should go to a city where he is not known, dress in black clothes, cover his head in black, and do what his heart desires so that God's name will not be desecrated.

• We consider only people of our faith to be human. Women of other faiths are designated animals (she asses")

• If a person of another faith hits one of our faith, they must be killed. Hitting one of our faith is the same as hitting God.

• Someone of our faith is not required to pay someone of another faith the wages owed him for work.

• If someone of our faith finds an object lost by someone of another faith ("heathen") it does not need to be returned.

• When someone of our faith murders someone of another faith, there will be no death penalty.

• What someone of our faith steals from a person of another faith he may keep.

• People of our faith may use lies ("subterfuges") to circumvent a person of another faith.

• We believe that other faiths children are animals.

• We believe that people of other faiths prefer sex with cows.

• We believe that to heal our flesh, we should take dust that lies within the shadow of an outdoor toilet, mix it with honey and eat it.

• We are obligated to say the following prayer every day. "Thank you God for not making me a person of another faith, woman or slave."

• Money must not be lent at interest to a fellow member of our faith. Interest can only be collected from foreigners.

When considering this request for tax exemption status, please be advised that our belief system was taken from the Holy Books of the three major religions; the Christians Jews and Muslims.

Sincerely,

Ima Satire

Show Respect for Other People's Religion (C)

In my opinion the Biblical Jesus is a myth promulgated by the Apostle Paul, King Constantine and the Catholic Church. The true historical Jesus, if he existed at all, did not perform any miracles like bringing people back from the dead, turning water into wine, his mother was not a virgin and he did not rise from the dead. Most likely he was a highly respected teacher, wise man and prophet, but not God. The concept of the "Trinity" was decided by a narrow margin of votes at King Constantine's Council of Nicaea in 325 AD. The Bishops decided that Jesus must be considered a God because if not they would be worshiping a man.

If Jesus was in fact a real person who performed the miracles attributed to him, he would have been recognized in other historical literature other than the Bible.

*Seneca the Younger (ca. 4 BC – AD 65) was a Roman philosopher and statesman who said, Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful."

I am at peace with the idea that I will never be able to discover the truth about (1) where we come from (2) what is our purpose and (3) what happens to us when we die? No matter how many seminary degrees one has or how many hours one sits on the mountain top meditating, no one can answer these questions any better than I.

Hopefully, somewhere in the answers to those questions that I am not intelligent enough to ask or most likely not understand, even if revealed, is something that will be beneficial to my spirit self when I die.

Like many of our founding fathers who had similar beliefs, I consider myself to be a Deist. I do believe in a God, a creator, but also believe that our creator seldom, if ever, interferes in the affairs of man.

Before criticizing my belief system too harshly, remember that only about one third of the world's population is Christian. It would seem very un-Christian-like to condemn two thirds of the world's population because they don't believe in the Christian doctrine.

Even though Christians have good intensions, it is an insult when they tell non Christians that they will pray for them; implying their belief system is superior to theirs.

*A friend of mine, same as me, liked the quote supposedly made by Seneca the Younger (ca. 4 BC – AD 65) and quoted in "The Flinchpaugh Gazette" Dated July 12, 2013. A bit of research makes it appear that this quote may not be attributable to Seneca. In any event the quote certainly illustrates not only my feelings but many people's feelings about religion and how it is use by governments to their advantage.

I  think it is time for you to thank America's brave men and women in our armed  forces that have so valiantly protected your interests. The U.S. military  continues to wage, offensive rather than defensive,  undeclared wars throughout the world on your behalf that have not been approved  by the majority of the United States Congress or the American people.

Be  ever mindful of the billions of dollars in profits that our armed forces have  made possible for you power hungry profiteers in the guise of protecting  America from the so called terrorists which our flawed foreign policy has  created. We put our soldiers on the battle field, with many losing their lives  or being physical or mentally crippled for life, not to defend America, but  rather to protect your selfish interests.

It  is time for you profiteers and power hungry world leaders to be stopped, and  allow the United States to return to a country that abides by its constitution  and respects the sovereignty of all foreign countries including the individual  states within these united states.

Not  only can we not afford to continue being the "policeman" of the world, it is  immoral for a powerful civilized country like the U.S. to continually interfere  in the lives of people in other countries. Our interference has resulted  in unnecessary suffering for both civilians and soldiers.

Our country's foreign policies must be that of a responsible civilized society that represents the interest of the  people instead of you special interest groups whose main agenda is profit and  power with no thought given to using our brave soldiers as cannon fodder.

Civil War Myths

Ever since the end of the Civil War in 1865 there have been heated arguments as to whether it was fought to free the slaves or because of states’ rights issues. If the Civil War was in fact fought to free the slaves, it should be pointed out that the United States would have been the only country in the world that found a war necessary. At a cost of over six hundred forty thousand lives and insurmountable financial loss and suffering, it would rank as one of the biggest mistakes in our government’s history. It is more accurate to say that the Civil War was fought over states’ rights with the issue of slavery as secondary.

If the United States had wanted to end slavery it could have done so peaceably by copying England’s solution of using the federal treasury to reimburse the slave owners the cost of their slaves, and then set them free.

Abraham Lincoln only used the “Emancipation Proclamation” well into the war, as a moral issue, to garner more support for the war effort. Prior to the “proclamation”, the northern motivation was primarily to preserve the union; not to free the slaves. The Proclamation freed very few slaves because it was aimed mainly at the seceded southern states where Lincoln had no jurisdiction.

Was there really a motivated moral movement to free the slaves or merely a movement to get rid of the problem? Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant and others actually wanted to deport the Negroes to Liberia in Africa or to the South Sea Islands. One would assume that freeing the slaves included allowing them to remain in the United States, granting them their civil rights and protection from discrimination. However, they did not get their civil rights guaranteed until about 1964 (100 years later). It sounds like the people of the 1860’s had a different definition of freedom than we do today.

The agricultural South was paying a disproportional amount of taxes and tariffs than the industrial North and Congress refused to act on this serious inequity.   This unfair taxation and the disregard of states’ rights was more of a reason for secession than the issue of slavery.

Many of the schools, Civil War books, and movie documentaries continue to unfairly blame the South for causing the Civil War when Abraham Lincoln could have taken steps to avoid it altogether. Abraham Lincoln is to be revered for saving the Union but not at the cost of a civil war.

Forced Income Distribution ©

The American people have continued to elect those politicians that believe in income distribution by forcibly taking from the producers and giving to the non-producers. This cannot continue indefinably as the producers will not or cannot continue this practice. This is destroying our country as more and more people are becoming dependent on government entitlements and the Federal Government becomes bigger and more powerful at the expense of state sovereignty and individual liberty.

Worst of all, so many people live in poverty in a land of plenty where the government intervention destroys their well-being. Our immoral, evil and unconstitutional banking system has enslaved us all and we are fast approaching the time that it will be impossible to rescue our country through the ballot box. Our President and legislature no longer represent the people but rather represent the international bankers, the military industrial complex companies, the lobbyists; especially the Israeli lobby, and companies like Monsanto. Many of our government agencies have been infiltrated by private industry people who direct the agencies agenda to favor their company instead of the American people.

Too many of the American people are nothing more than Zombies wandering around in confusion, looking for the government handouts, watching the propaganda on entertainment TV programs masquerading as news programs, watching the propaganda in the Hollywood movies, playing violent video games and engrossing themselves in sports and trivial matters instead of getting involved in saving our country.

Ask a liberal if they believe that our government should abide by the Constitution. Almost all will say, "Yes of course." What they don't understand is that their liberal representatives score very low when it comes to supporting constitutional issues. According to the "Congressional Score Card," the liberals score near the bottom while most conservatives score much higher with Congressman Ron Paul scoring 100%. In other words, without realizing it, Liberals are supporting candidates who are not representing them and who are ignoring our Constitution.

I see hope in that the internet is making it extremely difficult for both the elected leaders and the government's unelected controllers to continue influencing the people with lies. Also more and more states are seeing the benefits of nullifying unconstitutional federal laws. It looks like the federal government may soon stop trying to enforce unconstitutional federal laws regarding marijuana. Many states are passing state laws that will nullify Obama Care and unconstitutional gun laws. The states are gradually cutting the head off the snake.

Making the necessary changes through state nullification of unconstitutional federal laws is much safer, both economically and in saving lives, than engaging in a revolution or secession. However secession cannot be ruled out. Remember, Abraham Lincoln was wrong; the states do have a right to secede when they no longer consent to be governed by a tyrannical federal government. King George the third also learned this lesson the hard way!

Fluoridation
of St. Joseph's Water Supply is Illegal ©

Whether you believe that water fluoridation prevents tooth decay or not, which by the way it has not been scientifically proven, or that it is a form of forced medication that affects an individual's long term health; sometimes causing dental fluorosis, lower IQ's and, brittle bones and cancer risks, we must take steps to have this poison removed from our drinking water.

In the 1940's it was assumed that natural calcium fluoride in the water was the sole reasons for people in those areas to have fewer cavities. What these so called experts missed was that there was also a giant step forward in dental hygiene when in the 1950's more people began using tooth brushes and tooth paste instead of sprinkling tooth powder on their fingers and then rubbing it on their teeth. You don't suppose  that improved dental hygiene had more to do with fewer cavities than fluoride  in the water?

Don't let your personal dentist influence you. They have been misled by the American Dental Association for so many years that they are not actually giving you their own  personal opinion but rather the opinion of the ADA which has a political agenda to adhere to that which is not in the best interest of the public.

The medical claim that water fluoridation prevents tooth decay automatically means that fluoride is a drug as defined by the FDA. The Federal Drug Administration states that, "The term 'Drug' means...Articles (other than food) intended to affect the tructure or any function of the body of man or other animals."

The logical conclusion is that the water company is being directed illegally to add  medicine to our public water systems without the consent of everyone swallowing  the medicine. Actually they are practicing medicine without a license using a drug (fluoride) which is not approved by the FDA.

Those guilty of this crime are the local city council members who voted not to research this issue further to determine if we should stop adding poison to our drinking water, the state and local health departments that refuse to address the issue, and those dentists and professional organizations that continue to exaggerate the unproven benefits of water fluoridation.

We need to stop this fluoride experiment which is doing more harm than good for the people who are forced to participate.

State Nullification of Unconstitutional Federal Laws ©

State nullification of unconstitutional federal laws is gradually becoming a reality. See what's happening with the various states' legalization of marijuana in spite of federal laws prohibiting its cultivation, distribution and sale. As a means to halt government tyranny, nullification is not only constitutional; it's less costly then large-scale civil unrest, secession or a civil war.

Hopefully the local sheriffs, who were elected by the people and took an oath to abide by the Constitution, will exercise their rights and politely ask any federal officers trying to make arrests for federal marijuana law violations in the state to leave or be arrested. The sheriff should inform them that the only jurisdiction they have in the state is in constitutional federal laws.

How about nullifying the federal law that classifies industrial hemp as a controlled substance? Then the farmers could legally grow hemp, thereby participating in the highly profitable production of energy. Additionally, the states should be allowed to decide on the legality of such issues like abortion and same-sex marriage. The 10th Amendment states that powers not granted to the federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited to the states, are reserved to the states (or the people).

Now that the camel's nose is under the tent, what other unconstitutional federal laws should the states nullify?

Let's cut the head off the snake and return our government to Thomas Jefferson's vision of states united instead of a United States.

Remember, the federal government derives its power to govern from the consent of the governed.

How to Pay Off the National Debt ©

Neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have any intention of paying off the national debt. It is politically more beneficial for the politicians to finance their excessive spending through hidden debt financing rather than through transparent taxes. Financing our government through transparent taxes, would immediately inform the taxpayer of the folly of the politicians excessive spending because of extremely higher personal income tax. This would most definitely assure the politicians of being elected for only one term.

Even if our government's leaders wanted to pay off the $16 trillion dollar debt, it is not possible under our current banking system. Our economy (money supply) is always short the amount of interest that was not created through fractional reserve banking. When the bank approves your loan, they create the principal out of thin air but the interest is not created at all. The Federal Government will have to create this money by borrowing it from the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank which charges the taxpayers interest. The interest, not created by this Federal Reserve's loan, forces our government to borrow even more money. It is a never ending cycle; the federal debt can never be paid off.

The only solution is to:

• Abolish the unconstitutional Federal Reserve and allow the U.S. Treasury Department to issue our money supply interest free, as provided for in the Constitution. This won't be inflationary as long as they don't issue more than the difference between the total GDP less the money already in circulation. In other words, there is not enough money in circulation to conduct commerce in a way as to consume the excess production. In order for the people to consume this excess production, they could purchase it by charging it to their credit card, which is done now, or the Federal Government could give all Americans a stimulus check instead of allowing the banks to profit for something they had nothing to do with. This concept is referred to as Credit as a Public Utility. Even if you think this is an unrealistic idea, and is unlikely to be adopted, it still helps to explain our flawed and unconstitutional banking system.

• We should allow fractional reserve banking for only those banks owned by the state (North Dakota is currently the only state with a state owned bank). Instead of private banks profiting from fractional reserve banking, the taxpayers would profit. This profit could then pay for many of the state's public works projects, interest free.

• The Federal Government should declare bankruptcy and write off the $4 trillion or so owed to the privately owned Federal Reserve. Don't feel sorry for them. They have stolen much more than that from the American people since 1913. (We should write off just the amount owed to the Fed and any other banks in the world that are affiliated with them; not what is owed to individual bond holders.)

• The next step is to finance the operation of our government only through transparent taxes instead of through non-transparent debt financing. Debt financing should only be used in extreme emergencies, for instance if another country should invade the U.S. or if a meteor hits the U.S. and destroys huge areas of the country. Everything else must be paid for through transparent taxation. Debt financing taxes the people twice; a hidden inflation tax plus the normal income tax.

A side benefit to my proposal, besides paying off the national debt, would be that it would almost eliminate all wars or Regime change, as some refer to it. Just imagine the President appearing on the six o'clock news and saying, "My fellow Americans, the United Nations, not Congress, has advised me that the U.S. must nuke Iceland because they won't allow us to steal their oil or allow the international bankers to take over their banking system. Since we can no longer resort to hidden debt financing, we are going to increase your income tax for the next five years to, 40%."

Under this scenario, what do you think would happen? We definitely would not go to war and the President would probably be impeached; it surely would be the end of his political career.

We continuously vote for both Republican and Democrat leaders who represent the (1) Banksters, (2) the military industrial complex companies, (3) special interest groups like the labor Unions and the Israeli lobbyists instead of the people. Nothing much will change, until the public understands who is really running our country and that our current banking system is unconstitutional and that the Federal Reserve Bank is privately owned, created for the sole purpose of making huge profits for themselves at the expense of the American people.

Give 'em what they want ©

In order to end the gridlock unfairly blamed on the Republicans in Congress, as a compromise, the Republicans ought to agree with the Democrats that taxes on the rich should be increased (so that the rich will be paying their fair share). Isn't that what the Democrats have been whining about? Never mind that Sen. Rand Paul so aptly explained the true situation when he said, "We don't have an income problem, we have a spending problem."

However, there should be one condition attached to this proposal: "Any additional increase of revenue collected from the rich must be used to pay down the national debt and not used for new expenses or entitlements."

I would be willing to bet that the Democrats would not find this acceptable, because I suspect all they really want to do is have extra money available so they can spend even more. Why not give it a try? If the Democrats accept it, all will be well and good. If they don't accept it, it will expose their true agenda of merely wanting to spend more and increase the national debt even further.

Lawmakers Should Vote for Constitutional Issues ©

I would like to make a comment on Karen Graves' Oct. 4 letter in the St. Joseph News Press, "McCaskill deserves voter support." I wonder if she would be supporting McCaskill if she knew that she only voted 27 percent of the time for constitutional issues. When I find someone who is a liberal, I ask them if they believe that the Democratic lawmakers they support should vote for only those issues that are constitutional. They invariably say, "Of course." In this case, I would explain that McCaskill scores only 27 percent in the Freedom Index's "Congressional Scorecard" published July 9 for the 112th Congress. It's always a little embarrassing for them to discover that their representatives don't vote for constitutional issues.

A quick review shows that most Democrats are at the bottom of the scale and most Republicans at the top. The following are some examples of other lawmakers' scores: U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, 100 percent; U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., 53 percent; U.S. Rep. Todd Akin, R-Mo., 90 percent; U.S. Rep. Sam Graves, R-Mo., 66 percent; U.S. Rep. Russ Carnahan, D-Mo., 17 percent; and U.S. Rep. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., 13 percent. Do you see a trend here?

It doesn't make sense to vote for any Democrat and even many Repuyblicans if you believe our legislators should vote only for constitutional issues.

Disservice on Fluoride Issue ©

On April 2, I addressed the City Council for the purpose of having fluoride removed from our city's water supply. On Sept. 24, I attended the council's special meeting to further discuss the pros and cons of this important issue. In addition to my supporters, there were four dentists and one medical doctor to present their opposition.

It was obvious from the beginning that the doctors had little respect for anyone wishing to remove the poisonous fluoride from our water. Dr. Robert Stuber said that he was flabbergasted that we were even discussing the matter. I took that to mean that he had zero respect for my views, no matter how legitimate they were. Then one of the dentists said something like, "It's déjà vu all over again. We are here again debating the same topic as we did sometime earlier."

He then explained that he had a list of government agencies that approved of the fluoride. I would like to point out that some of those same agencies he referred to failed to speak out in the 1950s when more doctors recommended Lucky Strike cigarettes when they knew they caused cancer. No, I do not put much faith in the views of these politically motivated government agencies.

I found 128 American cities that have removed fluoride from their water and none that I contacted have seen any increase in cavities. Most countries around the world discovered that since they started using fluoride toothpaste in the 1970s, they no longer needed to add fluoride to their water.

It seems senseless to subject both our children and adults to forced medication and ongoing experiments in fluoridation with its questionable health hazards.

The doctors at this meeting did a great disservice to the people of St. Joe and the majority of the council members bought it.

Rachel Maddow Attacks Nullification ©

MSNBC's Rachel Maddow and a large segment of the American people don't understand that Nullification and the threat of Secession is part of our "Checks and Balance" system that assures the states that the Federal Government does not violate states' rights. Abraham Lincoln was wrong in not allowing the Southern states to secede in 1860. This unnecessary war resulted in over 620,000 people being killed and thousands more being injured. It caused both the Northern and Southern citizens to suffer needlessly. Further suffering was endured by Lincoln imprisoning, without trial, anyone who spoke out against the war. (Suspension of the "writ of habeas Corpus")

Even though "slavery" was an issue in the Civil War, it was not the main cause. The most common rallying call in the North was "Preserve the Union", not "Free the Slaves". We should be highly distrustful of those historians who refer to the War Between the States as the Civil War and who claim that the war was fought to free the slaves. They often claim that the Emancipation Proclamation" freed the slaves. What they fail to point out is that the "Proclamation" only applied to the Southern states where Lincoln had no jurisdiction. I have been unable to find a list of any slaves who were freed by the Proclamation. I am not sure what they would have done with them anyway. Illinois, Lincoln's home state, had passed a law that no more Negroes could enter the state. Doesn't it seem strange that the U.S. was the only country in the world that had to resort to a Civil War to abolish slavery!

Actually, the main cause of the Civil War, (War Between the States), was the North ignoring states' rights. The South was being harmed by unfair taxes and tariffs that favored the North. The president and congress could have corrected this inequity without going to war with the South.

Even the name "Civil War" is misleading. In a Civil War one side is attempting to take over the existing government. That is not what the Southern states were trying to achieve. They only wanted to secede to protect their states' rights. A better name for the Civil War would be "The War of Northern Aggression."

Most of us were taught in school that the South was wrong in seceding from the Union. But in reality, the Southern states had the right to secede, same as we have today. The states voluntarily joined the Union (not through conquest) and have the right to secede voluntarily. Abraham Lincoln's dictatorial actions completely disregarded the Constitution and set the stage for future presidents to continue ignoring the rights and sovereignty of the individual states.

Buchanan County Republican Central Committee
Needs to Adhere to the Rules ©

My wife and I attended the Buchanan County Republican caucus at the courthouse on March 17, 2012. Knowing how little support Ron Paul received locally in 2008, we were going to try and change things in 2012. Our main goal was to have Congressman Paul equally represented.

There were approximately 40 percent of those attending who supported Ron Paul, which should have given him at least 11 delegates out of the 28 if the caucus had been conducted honestly and fairly. I don't have any idea how many of the delegates elected supported Ron Paul, but I would guess there were none. Even though these are non-binding delegates, the caucus system used in this election was hostile to someone like Ron Paul who was unfairly portrayed by the media and believed by a large majority of the uninformed public as being outside the mainstream. I even overheard some of the attendees referring to Ron Paul supporters as "outsiders." This is ridiculous. Ron Paul is a true patriot who wants a government that abides by the Constitution, adopts sound monetary policies, stops being the policeman of the world and recognizes the sovereignty of the individual states and an individual's liberty. How could anyone be against that?

This caucus violated the delegate selection process by accepting only those delegates approved by the chairman of the caucus. I tried to correct this by getting a vote for myself to take over the chairmanship. I would then make sure that all republican candidates were represented. When it came time for the floor to be open for chair nominations, the existing chair said, "Please stand and nominate your choice for the chair. I immediately stood up but the chair recognized their own shill because he had stood up first. The problem was he was already standing. It was difficult to stand up and beat someone who was already standing. This proved to me how crooked our local caucus process was. If this kind of fraud had been perpetrated in voting at a primary election, I am sure there would have been legal charges brought against those involved for falsifying the election.

I contacted the republican state election officials to complain but apparently they too did not want to support Ron Paul, and declined to take any discriminatory action against the local Buchanan County Central Committee.

Deciding on who will be on the party ballot for a presidential election should not be decided by using the easily manipulated caucus method. It has been shown that all over the country, caucuses are many times manipulated in a way that fails to represent all candidates. It is much more difficult for this to happen where the electorate themselves vote at a controlled and monitored primary.

Eggs and Issues" Breakfast
At Missouri Western University ©

Wednesday morning, March 21, 2012, the President of the Kansas City Federal Reserve made a talk at Missouri Western University's "Eggs and Issues Speaker Series." Mrs. George, a Missouri Western Alumnus, gave an interesting commentary about the history of the Federal Reserve and our current economic situation. It is not every day that someone of this importance comes to St. Joseph giving us the opportunity to get firsthand information concerning the Federal Reserve which contrary to popular belief is not "Federal" and has no "Reserves."

I have been writing about the Federal Reserve and Fractional Reserve Banking now for over six years and have written numerous Letters to the Editor to both the "Telegraph" and the St. Joseph "News Press" attempting to expose the unconstitutional aspects and evilness of the private Federal Reserve. Additionally, I have written a book on the subject, "Secrets of Our Hidden Controllers Revealed" and published, "Billions For The Bankers-Debts For The People." Both books are available on Amazon.com, Hastings and the St. Joseph libraries. My main agenda has been to inform the reader the importance of abolishing the private Federal Reserve Bank and Fractional Reserve Banking for our local banks unless they are owned by the state of Missouri.

There was only enough time allocated for three of the attendees to ask questions. Not wanting to miss this opportunity, I immediately stood up when she opened the floor to questions. Actually I squeezed in two questions:

(1) I asked, "Out of the 15 trillion dollar American debt, how much of that is owed to the private Federal Reserve? I have read that it is nearly 50% or 6-7 trillion dollars but would like to have that figure verified." Her answer didn't confirm nor deny the 6-7 trillion dollar amount that I had received from what I believe to be a reliable source. She did say something about three trillion dollars. I would guess that her figure is lower because of the way the intergovernmental expenses are tabulated. Note: Since the Federal Reserve bank is privately owned, there would not be any intergovernmental expenses. In any event we didn't have time to discuss the discrepancy.

(2) Then I asked, "Since 1913 the United States government has allowed the private Federal Reserve to print our money supply and charge the American tax payer interest for loaning us our own money. Why would we do this when the U.S. Treasury Department can print our money supply interest free, and is authorized by the Constitution?" Then I added that the usual answer to this question is that you can't trust the politicians to handle our money without causing inflation or a depression because they will be tempted to print an excessive amount of money to cover their out of control spending. I explained that Congress could not have done any worse than the Federal Reserve since the Federal Reserve was not able to prevent the 1929 depression or the numerous recessions and booms and bust business cycles from 1913 till the present. I also pointed out that since the Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913, the purchasing value of the dollar has dropped by more than 90%. Prices of consumer goods and services are continually going up because the purchasing power of the dollar is going down. Again, her answer didn't adequately address the question.

Abolishing the private Federal Reserve could be easier than most people realize. Forget trying to amend the Constitution or getting Congress to help. The President could, by executive order, have the U.S. Treasury Department print our money as interest free Treasury notes instead of Interest bearing Federal Reserve notes. Due to the short life cycle of paper money, there would be no Federal Reserve notes left in a very short time. President Kennedy partially did this but was tragically assassinated just three months later. Our new president, President Johnson, immediately recalled the interest free Treasury notes and had them destroyed.

One argument for abolishing the Fed is that we would no longer be required to pay an unconstitutional income tax on our citizens' labor. Ronald Reagan did a study that showed that income tax on our salaries went to pay the Federal Reserve the unnecessary interest they charge the taxpayer and not for any governmental services.

A huge benefit that you rarely hear about is that if the Federal Reserve was abolished, the likelihood of war would be greatly diminished. Currently our continuous offensive wars are financed through debt financing from borrowing from outside sources or borrowing from the Fed and paying huge amounts of interest in both cases. This means the taxpayer is paying for the wars, not only with his income tax, but also through the hidden inflation tax. Just imagine if the wars could no longer be financed through this hidden tax and had to be paid for through an increase in your transparent income tax. The President might come on the nightly news and explain that the U.S. was going to attack a country but didn't have the money for a war. And since the cost of the war could no longer be borrowed, our income tax rate would have to go up 30 or 40% for the next five years. He might say, "I hope you folks don't mind." Do you really think the public would accept this?

Closely related to the Federal Reserve issue is Fractional Reserve Banking where banks are allowed to create up to 10 times the money that they have on deposit. (Not actual money, but paper credit-same as money) If anyone, other than a bank did this, it would be considered counterfeiting and they would go to prison. If Missouri allowed Fractional Reserve Banking for only a state owned bank, similar to North Dakota, the profit generated from this money creation would go to the taxpayer instead of a private bank. This would allow the state, counties, and cities the opportunity to finance public works projects like new sewers for St. Joe, interest free. Private Banks would still exist but could only loan out their own money.

Having a sound monetary system at both the Federal level and State level is the key to solving our major problems; including the reduction of war , the creation of jobs and an increase in the quality of life where you have enough income to purchase your own health care insurance and depend less on government entitlements.

Let's make these monetary changes now while we are still fairly well fed and housed. If we wait until our economy collapses, we will be forced to accept whatever the elite bankers propose, and I guarantee it will not be in the best interest of the American people. But by that time we will be too cold and hungry to resist.

Ron Paul Was Right ©

Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate who understands our flawed monetary system. Nothing of significance will change until the Federal Reserve is abolished and the U.S. Treasury Department is allowed to issue interest-free treasury notes instead of the interest-bearing Federal Reserve notes.

The main benefits of abolishing the private Federal Reserve banking system are (1) income tax on our citizens' wages will no longer be necessary, resulting in a 25 percent to 35 percent increase in our standard of living; and (2) there will be almost zero wars because the government will not be able to hide the corresponding costs caused by the elite bankers, Israeli lobbyists and the military industrial complex companies.

Without debt financing through borrowing from the Federal Reserve or the international bankers, we would need to finance the wars through transparent increases in taxes. This change alone would almost eliminate all wars because the public would be outraged seeing their taxes increase substantially compared to the creeping inflation caused by our current monetary system.

The mainstream media, with the help of the bankers and powerful lobbyist groups, are doing everything possible to minimize Congressman Ron Paul's platform. The election of Ron Paul as president would cost the bankers trillions of dollars but would greatly benefit the 99 percent.

Credit as a Public Utility ©

The profound concept of "Credit as a Public Utility" is going to sound rather strange to most people reading this. Whether this concept can ever be adopted is questionable, but understanding the principal involved is basic to coming up with viable solutions to our monetary problems.

As stated earlier, the private Federal Reserve that charges the taxpayer interest for creating and printing their own money must be abolished and the U.S. Treasury Department must be allowed to print Interest free U.S. Treasury notes instead of Interest bearing Federal Reserve notes.

To review, the advantages to this:

(1) The citizens of this country would not have to pay income tax on their salaries. This would provide a 20-25% raise in income for many citizens and even more for those in the higher income brackets. President Reagan commissioned a study which found the federal revenue collected from taxing citizens' wages was used to mainly pay for the interest that the Federal Reserve charged and was not used to pay for government services.

(2) The chance of having continuous unnecessary wars and conflicts would be greatly diminished. If debt financing through the Federal Reserve, which creates money out of thin air and causes inflation to soar, was no longer available, the money would have to come from transparent taxes. Can you imagine what the reaction would be from the tax payer if President Obama appeared on the evening news and said, "My fellow Americans, I have decided to nuke Iran tomorrow and we just don't have the money to pay for it. Therefore I am announcing that immediately everyone will see a 40-50% increase in their income taxes for the next five years." What do you think the results would be? I doubt very much we would go to war under this scenario.

Out of the fifteen trillion dollars of U.S. debt, it is estimated that between 1.7 and 6.7 trillion dollars is "owed" to the private Federal Reserve Bank. Since our country is bankrupt and the use of the Federal Reserve is unconstitutional, we should simply abolish the Fed and write off the amount the taxpayers' "owe" them. This would be quite a stimulus to our economy and at the same time be retribution for all the money the Fed has stolen from the American people since 1913. The Kansas City Fed President claims that the taxpayers owe the Fed. about 24% or $3.6 Trillion. Others claim it is as much as 45% or $6.7 trillion.

At the state level, only banks owned by the state should be allowed to engage in Fractional Reserve Banking. The profit from loaning other people's money would then go to the taxpayers who owned the bank instead to the private banking corporations like Wells Fargo, US Bank, Chase, etc. These private banks could still be your local bank but they could only loan their own money. Most public works projects could then be financed interest free through state owned banks because of the profit generated using Fractional Reserve Banking. Again, the bank profit would be the taxpayer's profit instead of a private bank's profit.

Under our current system when the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) exceeds the amount of money or credit available, this "Gap" between production and consumption can only be filled by the consumer borrowing from the banks with interest.

Why not allow the consumer to benefit from this imbalance between production and consumption instead of a private bank? In order to do this, the Federal government could give each American adult a dividend check. The creation of this dividend would not be inflationary because there would already have been production to back it up. A few years ago this gap amounted to ten thousand dollars for each American adult.

The monetary system that we now have mainly benefits the Banksters because credit is defined by law as their property. Administering credit as a public utility should be a part of a fair democratic system.

Whether this will ever be done is irrelevant. The point is to understand the concept so we will not accept another Federal Reserve Central Bank hoax again!

Central Banks Prove to be Undoing of Nations ©

Ever wonder why our nation's enemies are or were countries like Iran, Libya, Egypt, Afghanistan, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, and Venezuela? These just happen to be countries that either do not cooperate with the "International Monetary Fund" (IMF) or do not have central banking systems that are controlled by the international bankers. Just recently we have participated in regime changes in Libya and Iraq, and the war hawks are currently beating the drum to attack Iran and Syria. Furthermore, since the Muslim religion does not believe in usury (interest on loans), the controlled mainstream media and government propagandists, controlled by the bankers, strive to make the public believe that the Muslim countries are our nation's enemies so that they can justify a war to take control of that country's banking system and of course their natural resources.

Powerful banker, Mayer Amschel Rothschild said in 1838, "Give me control of a nation's money supply and I care not who makes its laws."

Abraham Lincoln bypassed the international bankers' high interest loans by printing interest-free money during the Civil War (Greenbacks). An 1865 London Times editorial directed against Lincoln's debt-free Greenbacks said:

"If that mischievous financial policy, which had its origin in the North American Republic during the late war in that country, should become indurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off its debts and be without debt. It will become prosperous beyond precedent in the history of the civilized governments of the world. The brains and wealth of all countries will go to North America. That government must be destroyed or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe."

Read the above paragraph again. Be sure you understand what is being said. It becomes quite clear that the bankers are interested only in profit and power for themselves at the expense of the people. This banking concept applies not only to the United States but the entire world.

The international bankers wanted to weaken the United States, get it into debt and establish a central bank controlled by them. The Civil War weakened the U.S. but the Banksters ultimate goal succeeded in 1913 with the creation of the unconstitutional, privately owned Federal Reserve System which loans our government its own money and charges the taxpayer unnecessary interest. The U.S. Treasury Department has the constitutional authority to do the same thing, minus the interest.

This proves that there are hidden controllers behind the scenes, banksters, who work to destroy all nations' sovereignty and enslave them in a debt-controlled Rothschild central bank. The biggest secret ever perpetrated against the people of the United States and also the world concerns the immoral, unconstitutional and evil central banking system owned by private bankers.

If our country's money supply was controlled by the United States Treasury Department instead of the private Federal Reserve, the people would not be required to pay an income tax on their labor because that money collected goes mainly to pay the Federal Reserve's interest fees for loaning us our own money.

The private Federal Reserve could be abolished by Congress by abolishing the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, but there is an easier way. Any president can, by Executive order, stop borrowing from the Federal Reserve and go directly to the U.S. Treasury Department and order them to print interest free United States Treasury Notes instead of interest bearing Federal Reserve Notes. Problem solved.

For more information on this subject, read my books, "Billions for the Bankers-Debts for the People", "Secrets of Our Hidden Controllers Revealed", and my latest historical novel, "Against All Odds-President Paul Ronan."

We must solve our monetary crisis now while we are still relatively well fed, clothed and housed. Once our system collapses, we will be to cold and hungry to resist what will be offered and I can assure you, it won't be in the best interest of the common man.

We need to be ever vigilant so we will not fall for another banking swindle like the adoption of the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment allowing income tax on our labor; both implemented in 1913.

Update note September 2, 2013: Just recently Iceland and Hungary have completely reformed their country's banking system by severing their ties to the international bankers and from what I have read, have begun to print their own debt free money bypassing a private central bank.

Planet Has Been Both Warming and Cooling ©

The News Press carried an Associated Press article on the front page of the Oct. 31 edition entitled, "Skeptic now agrees global warming does exist." The headline alone, whether the piece is read or not, will certainly be used to prove that global warming is true. The hoaxers who advocate that global warming is true will use this article as proof to show to their friends and relatives that global warming is factual and that the world must unite to save the planet.

There are many of us who question the validity of the global warming theory and believe it to be a hoax. We believe that Global Warming may be aggravated by man, but is not caused by man. The fear mongers are creating fear in the minds of the people as a ruse to justify a world carbon tax that will further erode our personal freedoms and well-being. First, it should be noted that the term "Global Warming" has, for the most part, been changed to "climate change". Climate change is much more easily defended by the hoaxers, since there is no argument that the Earth's temperature is rising. However, it should be pointed out that Earth's temperature has been both rising and falling since the beginning of time, depending on sun spot activity and the cycles of the Earth's wobbling.

Why can't all of us agree that yes, we have global warming but also global cooling? Rather than blaming it all on man and the effects of industrialization, just agree that it might be possible that man has a minute effect but is not the primary cause.

Being responsible custodians of our planet, we should continue to minimize our carbon footprint but at the same time keep it in perspective and not allow the politicians to trick us into an unjustified global carbon tax.

Industrial Hemp is not Marijuana (C)

I just received a reply, from Congressman Sam Graves, to my letter requesting that he support Ron Paul's bill H.R. 1831, the "Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2011." Basically this act is to amend the "Controlled Substance Act" to exclude Industrial Hemp from the definition of marijuana. Congressman Graves says, "I am opposed to any attempt to legalize or decriminalize marijuana."

Either Congressman Graves does not understand that Industrial hemp, with only 1% THC, is not marijuana or he is protecting the special interest groups of (1) the timber industry that provides wood pulp for the manufacture of paper, or (2) DuPont that has patent rights to the sulfuric acid wood pulp paper process and nylon rope made from synthetic petrochemicals, or (3) cotton growers, or (4) pharmaceutical companies that fear that the passage of this bill will lead to the decriminalizing of medical marijuana which could then be a threat to their monopoly on certain types of pain relief drugs .

It is time that we use reason based on facts instead of emotions based on myths and make Industrial hemp once again a viable crop. Hemp can be used to make almost anything that is made from cotton, timber, or petroleum. Just think of the economic stimulus this would give to the American farmers. It has been claimed that farming 6% of the continental U. S. acreage with biomass crops could provide all of America's energy needs.

Not only did Henry Ford design his first Model T to run on hemp gasoline, the car itself was constructed from hemp plastic panels whose impact strength was 10 times stronger than steel. If today's automobiles were required to run not only on gasoline and diesel but also biomass fuel from hemp, we would be well on our way to energy independence.

Maybe Congressman Graves is afraid to acknowledge support for any of Ron Paul's common sense proposals because of his fear that he might also be unfairly labeled as being outside the mainstream.

Both Parties are to Blame ©

Marlee Henggeler's letter in the September 10th, News Press, "Republicans Root of America's Problems" is a perfect example of what is wrong with our country. As long as people continue to focus on hatred and blame the other party, they will continue to miss the important issues that need to be resolved,. It would have been more accurate if her letter had blamed both Republicans and Democrats.

Watching the so called "news" programs on MSNBC, Fox, and CNN (entertainment programs masquerading as news programs) is turning the American people into zombies who don't think for themselves and simply spew out programmed venom and hatred for the other party. Maxine Waters was recently quoted as saying "As far as I'm concerned, the tea party can go straight to hell," and teamster president James P. Hoffa said, "President Obama...Let's take these sons of bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong."

I attempted to explain that both parties are to blame for our country's problems at a presentation I gave to a local service club meeting recently. I reviewed part of my book, "Secrets of our Hidden Controllers Revealed," and explained our unconstitutional and evil banking system, the real cause of the Civil War, and I criticized the American Religious community for failure to solve integration problems, making it necessary for the federal government to enact civil rights legislation.

Remember the old Western movies in the 1950s where the villains would set a barn on fire at one end of town for distraction and then rob the bank in the opposite end of town? This can be compared to what is happening today in politics; while we are trying to put out a contrived fire of hatred between parties, the people are being robbed of their constitutional rights and liberties and don't even know it.

Let's stop all this hatred and name-calling and just solve the problems.

"Bilderbergers" Not So Secret Anymore ©

In the Monday June 13, 2011 edition of the St. Joseph's "News Press", there appeared a small article at the bottom of page two from the "Associated Press" entitled "VIPs, conspiracy theorists descend on Swiss resort." I doubt that many of your readers realized the significance of this article including the fact that it even appeared in the paper.

The Bilderbergers are an unofficial group of government and political leaders, bankers, and world leaders in industry, labor, education and communications from North America and Western Europe. They have been meeting in secret since 1954, once each year, as they put it "to promote a better understanding between the cultures of the United States and Western Europe and to foster cooperation on political, economic, and defense issues."

Their meetings are closed to the public and they often invite future political leaders before those people become household names. A little known governor from Arkansas, Bill Clinton, was invited to their secret meeting and shortly thereafter was elected President of the United States.

The AP article did not mention the name "Bilderberger" in the title of the article and used the term "Conspiracy Theorists", their polite way of saying "Conspiracy Nuts" to describe what is not even a conspiracy but rather a fact that the main goal of the Bilderbergers is the establishment of a "World Government." Nor did it mention the Swish's attempt to throw the Bilderbergers out of their country and that there is an arrest warrant for Henry Kissinger who was attending this year's meeting.

David Rockefeller, a leader of the Bilderbergers, allegedly has said, "We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now much more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto determination practiced in past centuries."

This important story should have warranted front page exposure with an explanation of the true nature of these secrets meetings explaining how unelected world leaders are affecting our daily lives with their manipulation of world finance and decisions on which countries must be destroyed to attain the goal of controlling the world.

The Ultimate Solution ©

Let's face it. Our country is in a financial crisis and few of our leaders know what to do. Those few who do know are unfairly marginalized by being labeled far right extremists. However, they only appear to be far right because there are so many who are so far left.

Not only is our country bankrupt, it is broken in so many other ways:

(1) A large majority of our politicians do not honor their oath to uphold the constitution when voting for legislation.

(2) Our presidents continue to abuse executive orders to go to war without approval from congress which has done nothing but create more terrorist and huge profits for the bankers and military industrial complex companies.

(3) State sovereignty is completely ignored when the Federal Government sues a state like Arizona claiming their immigration policies violate federal law. This practice will most likely continue with the federal government suing those states who voted to exempt their state from the unconstitutional federal healthcare mandates.

(4) The Commerce clause in our constitution is used by Washington to justify almost any action they claim is in the best interest of the people.

(5) Starting in 1993, there has been a huge increase in questionable "Over the Counter" (OTC) derivatives, which has been estimated to be over a hundred trillion dollars annually. These investments were virtually ignored by the regulators which allowed companies like Enron to be exempt from regulation in the trading of derivatives. The economic losses to investors have been astronomical.

We are not even able to solve our 1.6 trillion dollar deficit. The republican leadership is so proud to get a measly 38 billion dollar spending cut that does nothing but insult the intelligence of the electorate. That is only a 2.4% cut. (38 billion/1600 billion = 2.4%). Many of the legislators, including President Obama, keep trying to scare the public and hide the obvious by claiming that we must tax the rich in addition to cutting expenses like Medicare and social security. As Rand Paul says, "we don't have a tax problem, we have a spending problem."

What is truly ironic is that our economy today is exactly where it should be considering our flawed banking system and financial policies. What we thought was a booming healthy economy a few years ago was a facade. It was based on (1) a dollar that was being propped up by most of the world trading oil in American dollars, (2) a phony corrupt home loan program at Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac that made loans to people that they knew would eventually default, and (3) cheap Chinese consumer goods that only make it appear that we are well off.

One immediate solution to our country's economic problems is to abolish the private "Federal Reserve System" which charges the taxpayers interest for loaning us our own money. We should write off the 48% of the 14 trillion debt owed them. No need to feel sorry for them, they have stolen way more than this from the American taxpayer since 1913. The U.S. Treasury Department can print our money 'Interest Free" and it is constitutional. Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich are the only brave politicians who even talk about this and until just recently, the only political pundit to suggest that the Federal Reserve just might be the cause of our problems is Glen Beck.

Millions, Billions, Trillions ©

How many of us really understand how much money is a million, billion, and a trillion dollars? Sure we know each of these dollar amounts are a lot of money but few of us have little or no experience in using these amounts in our daily lives. Our politicians, including the President of the United States, and the controlled mainstream media take advantage of our lack of understanding of these huge amounts when they talk about the budget deficit.

They are all misleading the public when they speak of cutting the 1.6 trillion dollar budget deficit by 30-60 billion dollars. A budget deficit of 1.6 trillion dollars means that our government has spent 1600 billion dollars more than the income it collects through taxes and other sources of federal income.

A 10% cut for all federal government departments would seem reasonable but they are only considering a 2% to 4% cut (30/1600=2% and 60/1600=4%) Why not cut 1600 billion dollars from the deficit and solve 100% of the budget crisis instead of only 2%-4%. Both the democrats and republican leadership have failed to cut anything meaningful from the budget.

Don't be fooled again by those same liars and propagandists who claim the cuts would have to come from entitlements and social security and Medicare. There are enough cuts to be made from a reduction in fraud and abolishing duplicate and unnecessary federal government departments. If' that is not enough, we can save billions more by not trying to be the policeman of the world and by correcting the flaws in our evil and unconstitutional banking system.

Budget Crisis ©

Our congressmen still don't get it and will pay a heavy price in the 2012 election unless they start representing their constituents instead of the special interest groups. The Tea Party groups, with the support of a substantial number of American citizens, has demanded that we have a balanced budget and through the election process is replacing those politicians who are not representing them.

Both the Democrats and the Republicans are now arguing about cutting 30 to 60 billion dollars from a budget deficit of 1.6 trillion. (1600 billion) Thirty billion dollars is only a 2% cut which is meaningless plus it is an insult to the intelligence of the American people. Instead of solving only 2% of the budget crisis (30/1600=2%), why not cut 1600 billion dollars in expenses so we can have a 100% balanced budget. Problem solved!

Don't let the political fear mongers scare you by saying the cuts will have to come from Social Security and Medicare. That's just not true. There are billions of dollars that can be cut by abolishing, but not limited to, the Patriot Act, Federal Department of Education, Energy Department, Housing and Urban Development, Farm Subsidies, and financial and military aid to countries like Israel. Most of these are unconstitutional anyway; if that makes any difference.

Billions more could be saved by decriminalizing drug use and by treating drug addicts as sick people instead of turning them into criminals. Not only would we save the cost of apprehension, prosecution and incarceration but we could collect billions in taxes on the drugs. No, I don't condone the use of illegal addictive drugs but it should be clear to everyone that the "War on Drugs" isn't working and never will.

Also we can declare our country bankrupt and write off the 48% owed to the privately owned Federal Reserve who charges us interest for printing and loaning us our own money. (48% of our 14 trillion dollar debt is 6.72 trillion dollars) Not only would that allow us to balance our budget but it would also pay off almost one half of our national debt.

No need to feel sorry for the bankers because they have stolen much more than the 6.7 trillion dollars from the American tax payer since 1913 when the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment were passed. The 16th Amendment allowed the government to collect income tax on its citizen's salaries which goes mainly to pay the Feds interest rather than any government services for the people.

Revolutionary but Necessary Solution ©

Let's face it, our country is bankrupt. If our government devalues the dollar 50% or more it will be devastating to our economy and way of life. There would be a monumental increase in real estate foreclosures, bankruptcies and crime. Out of desperation, normally honest people would resort to whatever it took to feed and clothe their family. Even an honest person will steal for food if they go without it for a few days and soon thereafter will maybe even kill for food.

There is a solution. The American people should demand that our government declare bankruptcy and write off the 48% of the national debt owed to the private Federal Reserve banking cartel. (.48 x 14 trillion = 6.7 trillion dollars) Additionally the government could insist that all governmental agencies cut their budget by 10%. No need to feel sorry for the bankers; they have stolen many times this 6.7 trillion dollars from the American people since 1913 when the Federal Reserve Act was fraudulently passed.

This unconstitutional banking system that prints our money (Federal Reserve Notes) and charges us interest should be replaced with the United States Treasury printing our money supply "Interest Free." Why in the world would we have a monetary system that requires us to pay unnecessary interest? Even worse is that the 16th Amendment, also passed in 1913, allows the federal government to charge income tax on its citizen's salaries; not for government services but to pay the interest.

The banking interests are so powerful, writing your congressman will most likely not make any difference. Lets hope and pray that the needed changes can be accomplished peaceably.

Forced Medication ©

Controlled "Water Fluoridation" has been used in St. Joseph, Missouri's water supply now for several years. The general consensus is that it is safe, however more and more municipalities and countries around the world have discontinued its use entirely. For the first time in nearly 50 years, the Department of Health and Human Services finally admitted that fluoride can cause harmful effects to humans and that the amount put in drinking water should be reduced to 0.7 mg/L. St. Joseph water does fall within the recommended guidelines but can we be certain that even that small amount of poison in our water is safe?

Fluoridation was begun in the United States in the late 1940's because of evidence that it prevents cavities by creating low levels of fluoride in our saliva. Never mind that the majority of the fluoride goes directly into the stomach to be digested rather than remaining solely in our saliva. Someone once said that, "Adding fluoride to our drinking water to prevent cavities is like drinking suntan lotion to keep from getting sunburn." Unlike the medications prescribed by your doctor, this form of forced medication does not take into consideration the weight, age, or how many glasses of water the individual consumes per day.

For some reason not understood by me, dental organizations throughout the United States have endorsed fluoride being added to our drinking water as safe and effective. But why take a chance when other studies indicate that fluoride is a potential cause of a wide range of health issues. Even fluoride tooth paste has this warning printed on the package, "If swallowed contact a poison control center."

When fluoride was introduced in tooth paste in the 1970's resulting in reduced tooth decays, adding fluoride to drinking water was halted in most European countries because it was no longer necessary.

I realize that old beliefs die hard, especially when there are so many misinformed dentists, but the St. Joseph City Council should take another look at halting the addition of the poison "fluoride" in our city's water supply.

Another View on Climate Change ©

Although my friend Harrison Hartley's editorial in last weeks "Telegraph" did an excellent job in vetting the copy of the "Global Warming" email I had sent him, there were several points he failed to mention that I feel need to be exposed.

First, his idea that all internet information is suspect, "That's a problem for people who rely on it for information; people like my friend Larry", is itself falling short of the truth. Information gleaned from the internet is no more suspect than from Harrison's sources in the controlled mainstream media or for that matter the multitude of research material available to academics like Harrison. It is a must that we all have multiple sources of information so that we can get as close to the truth as possible.

Secondly, there is a difference in claiming that humans are responsible for "Climate Change" from those who would claim that, yes we do have a small degree of global warming but it is caused from natural occurrences that have been going on for millions of years, rather than being caused by man. More than likely, it is only aggravated to a small degree by man. The scientists tell us that global warming is also occurring on planets like Venus and Mars. Surely that's not because of an increase of automobiles and coal fired electrical plants on these planets.

Thirdly, Harrison mentions Ian Plimer which he unfairly labels as a "Pollution-effect Denier" saying that Mr. Plimer, who claims that humans have not changed the atmosphere at all, is suspect by reason of his "extra- curricular activities" because he is the director of three mining companies. Wikipedia says, "Plimer rejects claims of a conflict between his commercial mining interests and his view that man-made climate change is a myth. Plimer has said that the proposed Australian carbon-trading scheme could decimate the Australian mining industry, and probably destroy it totally, as well as creating massive unemployment. Can you trust Wikipedia 100%? Of course not, but it is another source of internet information to at least consider.

Not mentioned was how the world bankers and political elite are using the idea of "global warming" to justify a United Nations tax on carbon emissions and the fact that people like Al Gore and the wall street traitors stand to make billions of dollars in unnecessary trading that will do little for carbon emissions but will drastically increase the cost of providing energy at a reasonable cost for the people of the world.

It is not that I don't believe in "Global Warming" but after copious and various research, I believe that it is mostly a natural occurrence that does not justify carbon taxes and the resulting new Wall Street gambling venue. And as custodians of our planet, we still need to reduce our carbon imprint to protect the quality of life for everyone.

Finally, I have never been able to understand the dangerous effects from carbon dioxide. (Not to be confused with the poison gas carbon monoxide). Carbon dioxide is necessary for life to exist on our planet. It is plant food for living organisms on the planet earth.

4 BC – AD 65) was a Roman philosopher and statesman who said," Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful."

Even though Christians have good intensions, it is an insult when they tell me that they will pray for me; implying their belief system is superior to mine.

*Some scholars claim that it can't be proven that Seneca actually made this statement but it does support my views.

Who Are the Real Patriots ©

Just who are the real patriots anyway? It certainly is not the majority of our elected leaders who fail to honor their oath to the Constitution and think the constitution is an out dated relic of the past.

There are a higher percentage of true patriots involved in political activist groups like "Campaign for Liberty", the various "Tea Party" groups, "Oath Keepers" and the "John Birch Society" than in our country's leaders and the controlled mainstream media.

What's wrong with (1) demanding that our government abide by the Constitution and Bill of Rights, (2) demanding that we adopt sound monetary policies including the abolishment of the private Federal Reserve Banking cartel, (3) stop acting as the policeman of the world, and (4) respecting the sovereignty of the states and an individual's liberty?

Why shouldn't we question the 9-11 attacks, the Kennedy Assassination, the OKC bombing, the Branch Dividian compound attack, the 1967 Israeli attack on an American ship that killed 34 American sailors etc? It's not like we have been told the truth in the past. i.e.; Gulf of Tonkin, weapons of mass destruction, global warming hoax, and the Russian cold war threat hoax.

By today's standards of the controlling elite and the dummied down electorate, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin would be labeled as unpatriotic and suspected terrorists.

Be wary of those labeling the true patriots as Anti American, Anti-Semitic, conspiracy nuts, paranoid, truthers, birthers, right winger, etc. It just may be that those doing the labeling are the real threat and are the most Anti American and unpatriotic because of their attempt to marginalize the true patriot

Alarmists Using Fear Tactics to Justify Tax ©

The mainstream media is all but ignoring the fact that the e-mail leaks on Climate Change will severely hurt the global alarmists' agenda. Remember when it was called "Global Warming" and now it is called "Climate Change?" I guess it is easier to prove "climate change."

Climate change has been going on for millions of years, mainly caused by the changes in the sun's activity and the wobble of the Earth. I am not a scientist but would guess that man has a small effect on climate change but is not the cause.

We still need to work earnestly to develop alternative fuels so as to not pollute our planet. However, the alarmists are simply using fear tactics to justify a worldwide climate tax. A climate tax is a little too obvious so now is being disguised in the "cap and trade legislation" which will ultimately increase the cost of energy for all of us as the utility companies simply pass along their increased costs to the consumer.

Jurors Need to be Told ©

I would like to thank the Honorable Judge Frank D. Connett Jr. for commenting on my letter to the editor concerning "Jury Nullification." He states that I advocate "Jury Nullification." This is true, but only when the jury determines that the law should not apply in a particular case. Would you want to send an 80-year-old man to life in prison for assisting his elderly wife in committing suicide to relieve her of extreme chronic pain? Maybe you would or maybe you would not. The point is that the jury not only has the power to make that decision, but should be told of that power.

Lysander Spooner's essay in 1852 stated that this was the final check and balance of guarding against a tyrannical government. Spooner wrote that the jury should have the power to question the legality of the law and determine if it applied to a particular case.

"The jury has a right to judge both the law as well as the fact in controversy." John Jay, 1st Chief Justice U.S. Supreme Court, 1789.

"The law itself is on trial quite as much as the cause which is to be decided." Harlan F. Stone, 12th Chief Justice U.S. Supreme Court, 1941.

Secret Power of the Jury ©

One politely disagreed, explaining that if the juror exercised this right; it would be extremely difficult to ever convict anyone.

"If a juror feels that the statute involved in any criminal offence is unfair, or that it infringes upon the defendant's natural god-given unalienable or constitutional rights, then it is his duty to affirm that the offending statute is really no law at all and that the violation of it is no crime at all, for no one is bound to obey an unjust law." Solution to Our Country's Economic Problems ©

The only long term solution to our country's economic problems is to abolish the private and unconstitutional "Federal Reserve System," "Fractional Reserve Banking" and the income tax   on our personal salaries. (Just think what a stimulus it would be to our economy if you didn't pay income tax on your salary!) This does not mean I am a tax protester as labeled by the controlled mainstream media!

We have had three periods in our country's  history when the private banks have  controlled our monetary system.  (The Federal Reserve Act was the third time passed in 1913).  In between these times, our country experienced a booming economy and once the national debt was even paid off including a balanced budget.

The Federal Reserve Act passed in 1913 was supposed to keep our country from serious depressions and periods of inflation eliminating the boom and bust business cycle. Looks like it hasn't work.

Now is the time to abolish the Fed and Fractional Reserve Banking and allow our own Treasury Department to issue and print our money supply interest free. If anyone other than a bank created money in this fashion, it would be declared "fraud" and they would be charged with "counterfeiting." The income tax we now pay on our salaries does not go to pay for government services but rather pays the private Federal Reserve for the interest it charges us for printing and loaning us our own money.

But, many historians believe that Lincoln's action of bypassing the bank with his interest free "greenbacks" was the reason for his assassination.

Our country is "bankrupt." I would suggest that the US Government consider declaring bankruptcy and void all interest and payments to the Federal Reserve.

This is the most important issue you could ever consider in solving our country's economic problems. Sadly the majority of the people of this country do not understand and neither do the majority of our political leaders. Every one of us needs to diligently study this issue so we can make the necessary changes to return our country to that which was envisioned by our founding fathers.

Reply Letter to Senator Bond
Reference the establishment of a state owned Bank in Missouri

Dear Senator Bond:

Thank you for your prompt reply to my letter of June 3rd asking you to consider the benefits of Missouri establishing its own state bank. As I explained in my letter, I am basically against "Fractional Reserve Banking" but in this case where the tax payers would own the bank, they would participate in the profits resulting in lower interest rates and more favorable loan terms; maybe even zero interest with just a service charge to cover the banks expenses. I am not sure that our country is ready for this but it would be a start to weaken the private Federal Reserve's grip on our monetary policies.

I was hoping you and your other Senate colleagues would join the House members in sponsoring Ron Paul's Bill HR 1207 by sponsoring S 604 to audit the Federal Reserve. This is one of the most important bills congress has addressed since 1913. I am enclosing a book entitled "Billions for the Bankers-Debts for the People." I just recently re-published it with my own comments and conclusions. I sincerely hope you will read it if you haven't already.

I am also enclosing a copy of my book, "Secrets Of Our Hidden Controllers Revealed" and my "Proposed Non-Partisan Political Platform." After discussing the issues included in my book with the general public, lawyers, judges, educators, accountants and federal, state and county officials, I have come to the conclusion that many of these groups do not fully understand the issues. Some are ignorant of the facts and far too many are just too apathetic to care or get involved.

People don't seem to understand that without the Federal Reserve, it would not be necessary to tax an individual's salary. Think what a stimulus that would be to our economy. Another stimulus to our economy could involve having the federal government issue (say 10 million dollars or so) interest free dollars to loan to the state of Missouri for civic improvements-causing only minimal inflation; a lot less than going through the Federal Reserve where interest would be charged to the American taxpayer.

One more thought. Our paper money does not need to be backed by gold or silver. The only backing it needs is for our government to agree to accept it for the payment of taxes and be backed by sweat (effort) or value added to a commodity or service. Our original colonies flourished with its paper currency with no precious metal backing until King George the Third put a stop to it. The colonies didn't have any appreciable gold until 1849.

I apologize for such a long letter, but as Mark Twain said, "I didn't have time to write a shorter one."

Sincerely,
Larry Flinchpaugh

Create a Missouri State Bank for Missouri
Letter to Senator Christopher Bond ©

I would like to take this opportunity to present an idea for your consideration – to create a state bank in Missouri. This proposal has been fleshed out in an article by Ellen Brown, noted author and expert on banking and the causes of our nation's financial collapse:

"Cash-starved States Need to Play the Banking Game: North Dakota Leads the Way"
http://www.webofdebt.com/articles/state_bank_option.php

"The reason for a state owned bank is simple – we have lost control of our finances. Our municipalities are burdened with legacy debt and aging infrastructure. We can't take any more taxes. Indebting us to Wall Street has cost us dearly and the costs will only increase as the national credit crunch continues to squeeze us. It will be devastating to our way of life when the effects of the trillion dollar bailouts finally hit our economy. It is impossible to continually create paper dollars and credit, with no backing such as an increase in our GNP, without causing severe inflation. Contrary to what most people believe, gold and silver backing is not necessary."

"Our businesses are also suffering from the credit crunch. National banks are canceling lines of credit for businesses with excellent credit ratings. Shopping centers are emptying out, and it seems like another friend loses his or her job every week. As for the future – it's bleak. Credit is all but drying up as scarce resources get diverted to bail out Wall Street."

"A state bank, capitalized by our own taxpayers, would allow us to fund commercial development, individuals' mortgages, interest free municipal debt, and student loans. Fortunately, we have a model. North Dakota has had a state bank since 1919 and this year the state has a $1 billion plus surplus!"

Previously, I advocated the abolishment of not only the Federal Reserve but also "Fractional Reserve Banking." I now realize that it will be extremely difficult to abolish the Fed with the elite bankers, powerful lobbyists and the controlled mainstream media not providing the public with the information they need to properly understand this important issue. Ron Paul's Bill H.R. 1207 is a good start but will take a long time to implement.

I now believe that if Missouri would adopt North Dakota's model of having a "state" bank owned by the tax payers, it would cure many of the financial problems of our state. Even though I oppose fractional reserve banking it could work to the states advantage and to the Missouri taxpayers since any profits from the banks operations would be returned to the owners, which in this case would be the taxpayers and not the rich elite bankers of the private Federal Reserve System. The profits would be reflected in low interest loans to the people and help finance public works projects at low or zero interest.

I urge you to support legislation to create a state bank today for Missouri and to encourage your colleagues to do the same in their respective states. This would greatly curtail the power and influence the Fed has over our economy and the lives of the American citizen.

Sincerely, Larry Flinchpaugh

Economic Stimulus Bailout ©

A couple of weeks ago, a TV news reporter asked his guest if they believed the "Economic Stimulus" plan was going to work. The guest said, "Absolutely." "It will increase the debt and will increase the size of our government." I thought, "Wow, this guy hit the nail on the head." Not expecting such an honest answer the reporter immediately switched to another subject. Why won't the controlled mainstream media or our elected representatives discuss what really needs to be done to fix our economic problems?

Just a few months ago we were arguing the merits of passing a bailout stimulus package. At that time the only ones who approved of the bailouts were the Investment Bankers and their congressional cronies, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and both presidential candidates. It didn't seem to matter that millions of American citizens' did not support the bailout.

Why would anyone in their right mind support bailing out those companies that made very poor management decisions with some even engaged in criminal activity plus paying their executives enormous salaries and bonuses as they were going broke. Bailing out these companies is no different than bailing out Las Vegas gamblers.

Today the propaganda machine has convinced most of the "sheeple" that it was necessary and the right thing to do. Many people seem to believe that it is the federal government's responsibility to solve all of our problems by redistributing the wealth. This kind of reasoning will eventually cause our whole system to collapse. We will never get out of debt and solve our economic problems until the Federal Reserve and fractional banking are abolished.

The bailout stimulus package is doing the same thing that got us into this mess in the first place; devaluating our existing dollars by printing more and more fiat money to finance the bailout.

Our present deplorable economic status is exactly where you would think it to be considering our governments failed monetary policies. What we thought was normal earlier was based on our governments polices of unlimited credit for everyone.

Averting a Financial Collapse ©

Many who read my earlier letter requesting the American voter to support the politicians who would abolish the Federal Reserve and income taxes on our salaries may think that this is an insane idea. I have had friends of mine say, "How would we pay for our schools, highways, and other government services?" What they don't realize is that the income tax collected on our wages goes mainly to pay for the unnecessary interest the, private Federal Reserve charges our government for loaning us our own money. Local county property taxes pays for our schools and the federal and state motor fuel tax pays for our highway system.

Ever since the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment authorizing a tax on our salaries was passed in 1913, the entire world has had to suffer from this unconstitutional and evil act. The average person is not aware of the part played by our banking system in getting the United States involved in World War I and World War II. The international bankers, which include our Federal Reserve, supported a war against Germany and Japan. Germany in 1939 and Japan in 1942 had bypassed their private banks and adopted a money system where the state created the money supply at zero interest. The international bankers were afraid that other countries would replicate this superior banking system. This was a serious threat to the private investors of the United States Federal Reserve and a world war would be one way of countering it. Of course this is not the only cause of World War II, but the banking issue isn't even discussed as one cause for the war.

Just think how much you personally could stimulate the economy and how much your living standard would improve if you were not required to pay income tax on your salary. In fact, this tax is a form of slavery. In effect, you are forced to work several hours each day, without pay, to pay this tax on your labor. Isn't being forced to work without pay, slavery?

Henry Ford said, "It is well enough that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."

Senator Barry Goldwater "Most Americans have no real understanding of the operations of the international moneylenders...The accounts of the Federal Reserve have never been audited. It operates outside the control of Congress and...manipulates the credit of the United States."

It is very disheartening to see that none of our elected politicians (except Ron Paul) or news media celebrities even discuss this issue. The American people have not been given the facts about our current monetary system. Maybe if more people would seriously investigate the Federal Reserve's short comings, we could make the necessary changes to save our country from a financial collapse.

Abolish the Fed Now ©

The recent bail outs approved by the leaders of both the Republican and Democrat parties should convince you that the Federal Reserve System must be abolished. Seeing what is happening on Wall Street, the real estate market, rising inflation and the financial problems of AIG, Bear Sterns, Lehman Brothers, etc. should tell you that something is seriously wrong with our monetary system. When the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913, it was supposed to protect the American economy from recessions, inflation and depressions. It obviously is not working very well. In fact, the dollar has lost 95% of its value due to inflation since the "Fed" began. The "Banksters" cause the so called "business cycles" to the detriment of us citizens but to the enormous benefit of these banking insiders. Under their control, they make billions of dollars whether in good economic times or {especially} in "bad times." Abolishing the "Fed" is the most important step we can take towards solving our financial problems.

In 1913 Congress unconstitutionally gave a private bank control of our country's monetary system by enacting the Federal Reserve Act. This gave the bankers the authority to create and print "Fiat" money with no backing and loan it to the United States government and charge it interest. Most people do not know that the Federal Reserve is not Federal and it has no reserves. In fact it is listed next to "Federal Express" in the business white pages of the phone book.

Also in 1913, the Sixteenth Amendment was passed authorizing an income tax to be collected based upon people's wages. Our country had operated fine for over 125 years with no income tax. Most of this individual income tax you pay to the IRS does not go to run the country. It mostly goes to pay the Federal Reserve for interest it charges for loaning us our own money! If anyone else were to do this, it would be called counterfeiting and extortion. The United States Treasury Department can print interest free treasury notes instead of interest bearing Federal Reserve notes. Why in the world isn't this being done?

Just think how much you personally could stimulate the economy and how much your living standard would increase if you were not required to pay income tax on your wages. Congress got us into this mess in 1913 and can get us out of it by repealing the Sixteenth Amendment and the Federal Reserve Act. An even easier way to abolish the "Fed" would be to have the president, by executive order, bypass the Federal Reserve and have the United States Treasury Department print interest free treasury notes. Since paper money doesn't last very long and needs to be replaced, in 2-3 years the Federal Reserve notes would soon no longer be in circulation and the unnecessary Federal Reserve would be out of business.

You hear very little from the politicians and the mainstream media about abolishing the Federal Reserve. The unconstitutionality and the massive thievery by the unnecessary "Fed" has been one of the biggest secrets ever kept from the American people. These central bankers are so rich and powerful they literally control the Democrat and Republican Party and the mainstream media.

Thomas Jefferson stated, "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around {the banks} will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."

"It is well enough that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."—Henry Ford

"Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes the laws."—Mayer Rothschild

"Most Americans have no real understanding of the operations of the international moneylenders...The accounts of the Federal Reserve have never been audited. It operates outside the control of Congress and...manipulates the credit of the United States."—Senator Barry Goldwater

It is your duty and obligation as an American citizen to get informed and pressure our representatives to do what is in the best interest of the masses of the people; not just the elite bankers.

America's Foreign Policy ©

There are two opposing views on U.S. foreign policy; those of the "Nationalists" and those of the 'Internationalists" (Globalists). The Nationalist do not believe that the people of the United States should meddle in the affairs of other countries and the Internationalist believes that the United States has an obligation to police the world and spread Democracy to all countries regardless of the cost to the American taxpayer and the untold suffering that both our "elected" and "unelected" leaders cause in attempting to implement their inept and poorly conceived policies. I agree with what the "Nationalist" Thomas Jefferson said in 1801- "I deem (one of) the essential principles of our government (to be) peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none..."

The main objectives of U.S. foreign policy should be to simply protect our country from foreign invasion and engage in fair trade, but instead, it is being used to (1) protect America's supply of oil and oil company profits, (2) make money for the bankers and military industrial complex companies, and (3) fight Israel's wars. We, that is, major corporations and private importers, have the right to buy another country's oil but our nation does not have the right to invade a country to take control of their banks and their oil by brute force or by economic-political intimidation.

Throughout history, the "bankers" have been the source of so many of the world's problems. For example, if the bankers would refuse to finance the various countries that wanted war, wars would cease. Instead, history has shown that the bankers often finance both sides and have sometimes required the winning country to pay the debt of the losing country and then they make even more money in financing the reconstruction. Remember, war is much more profitable to the banksters than peace.

Moreover, it seems that while military industrial complex companies make billions of dollars in profits from war, the common people (cannon fodder) give up their loved ones lives for an unjust cause, and their children and grandchildren are, for years, heavily taxed to pay for the war and inhumane foreign policies. Need I mention the hidden inflationary tax that we all pay immediately as the Federal Reserve prints more and more fiat money to finance these unjust wars? Remember the Federal Reserve, a private corporation, is not "'Federal" and they have no "Reserves".

One continually hears some of our government leaders and the public say, "Support our troops." I do support our troops, "Bring them home now!" In many cases, they are not dying to protect our country; rather they are dying to protect the profits of Halliburton, Bechtel, Boeing, etc., and fighting Israel's war.

In the past I hesitated to infer that we were fighting Israel's war for fear of being labeled anti-Semitic. However, after the United States passed the 2004 Anti-Semitic Act, it would appear that almost all Americans (including those of the Jewish faith) could be labeled as "Anti-Semitic. I don't support all the policies of the Zionist government of Israel but that doesn't mean I hate and wish to destroy the Jewish people. Similarly, because I don't support President Bush's foreign policy of pre-emptive strikes does not make me anti-American.

I hear many people say, "We can't leave Iraq because the terrorists will follow us home." That just isn't true. When we left Vietnam, did we see the Viet Cong attacking Kansas City or New York? Having said this, however, I am extremely concerned about the Muslim terrorists and sleeper cells infiltrating our society, an issue which a more restrictive immigration policy and non-intervention into the affairs of other nations could resolve. Our constant involvement in other countries' affairs is creating much resentment among their citizens. I wonder how the people and leaders of the United States would feel if China or Russia began to establish military bases with nuclear capability near our borders, say in Mexico, Canada or as Russia did in the 1960's, Cuba?

Just Set the Furniture on Fire ©

Last week, C-Span aired the National Institute of Science and Technology explanation of how the World Trade center Building Seven collapsed on 9/11. It should be noted that Building Seven collapsed, even though no planes had hit it. The government explanation was that the heat from the office furniture fires was so great that the long span of the steel beams were weakened and caused the 47-story building to collapse in almost free-fall speed of 6 ½ seconds.

Hopefully, some of the building demolition companies were watching this enlightening broadcast. The next time they need to demolish a large building, they might want to consider simplify igniting the office furniture, rather than spending thousands of dollars installing the hundreds of small charges previously needed to bring down a skyscraper.

Note: This Letter to the Editor was meant as a sarcastic comment on the government's ridiculous explanation. Apparently, not all readers understood the sarcasm. See the Letter to the Editor below as a reply to my letter a few days later.

Ways to demolish

(Response to my letter above a few days later)

In a response to a recent letter to the editor, I can think of at least three reasons why you wouldn't take a sky scraper down by lighting the office furniture on fire. The first would easily be safety, by placing small charges throughout the building you have complete control over how, when, and where the building falls, unlike with an office furniture fire. Number two, obviously, would be expensive. I don't know how much those charges they use to tear down skyscrapers cost, but compared to the expense of people in a skyscraper lighting all the furniture on fire, I am sure the fire is more expensive. Number three, if you are taking a skyscraper down for demolishing, you know, I doubt if there is any office furniture left in it anyway.

Note: I didn't feel that a comment on this letter writer's response to my original letter would serve any real purpose. It is obvious that people like this have been so completely brainwashed that there is little chance of changing their minds. This example illustrates the serious trouble that our country is in. Hopefully, this writer is also being sarcastic and actually agreed with my earlier comments. Let's hope so.

Have you ever questioned if the "FAUX" TV network was really "Fair and Balanced" as they claim? If you have paid close attention on how they are covering the presidential candidates', you may have some doubts.

Just recently they excluded republican Congressman Ron Paul and Representative Duncan Hunter from the New Hampshire debate. I guess they just wanted to include the top five candidates like Mike Huckabee, Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani, John McCain and Fred Thompson. Most of the Polls show that Ron Paul has a better chance of winning than Fred Thompson, yet he was excluded!

If you have ever watched "Hannity and Combs" and heard Sean talk about Ron Paul, it would be obvious that he is not being "Fair and Balanced." Sean was telling his viewers what a great job Fox News was doing in conducting one of their presidential candidate polls, but when Ron Paul won the poll, Sean made a comment that the poll in this case was inaccurate because all the internet fans of Ron Paul had skewed the results by massive call ins. I guess no other candidate's support groups would have stooped so low as to support their candidate in this manner. One of Ron Paul's supporters admitted that he tried to call in twice but got a recording that only one vote per telephone number would be accepted. I guess Sean didn't know this about his own poll procedures.

Also when you continually hear Fox TV personalities like Sean and guests like neoconservative Bill Kristol from the "Weekly Standard" refer to Congressman Ron Paul as a fringe candidate with no chance of winning, you begin to wonder just what the agenda of FOX News is. Ask yourself, is this really a news program or a propaganda program slanted to influence a negative view of Ron Paul? Do a Google search of Bill Kristol and his father, Irving Kristol if you would like to get a better in depth view of Fox Networks true views. To get a better in depth view of Congressman Ron Paul's views, do a Google search on "You Tube." You will find that Ron Paul represents the 70% of us who are dissatisfied with our president and congress.

As Sheppard Smith of FOX News says 'We Report, You Decide" I have decided, FOX News is definitely not "Fair and Balanced"

With a hundred or more cable TV channels available, there is no legitimate reason why the American public cannot receive news programs from other countries like France, Italy, Russia, Iran, etc. This would give us a different perspective from the American controlled mainstream (some refer to them as the lamestream) news sources.

A quick look at the world wide news coming from other countries and even the Aljazeera web site, will open your eyes to the fact that there are many countries and news organizations that have different views on news pertaining to the U.S. It seems like the American people should have easier access to this information rather than searching the internet.

In the 1950's, when I was growing up in St. Joe, I remember my excitement when buying a shortwave radio from Acme Radio that received an English language news program from Russia. It was interesting to note the differences in each countries views and trying to determine which one was telling the truth. At the time I was sure that the American news broadcast was most accurate and truthful.

As a college student I had to write a term paper that would be a large part of my grade. I needed a subject that would be so clever and interesting that even if it were not written very well, I would at least get a high mark for the idea. I decided to write several different newspapers in different parts of the United States and request that they all send me a copy of their paper on the same day. I wanted to compare their news stories and determine if they reported the news fairly.

Fortunately, I had chosen the day Martin Luther King was arrested in a demonstration in the South. The southern newspaper had Kings Story on the front page with a large picture of him being thrown into a police "Paddy Wagon". The headlines of the story were huge. "King Arrested in Demonstration". The De Moines, Iowa paper had the same story on page six with a postage stamp size picture of Mr. King dressed in a suit and tie and the headline was "King Detained". The East and West coast papers had varying degrees of differences somewhere in between the paper in the South and the paper in Iowa. It was interesting to see how the same news story could be portrayed differently because of its geographic location and the attitude of the editors and readers.

Even at that young age, I discovered how important it was to have multiple sources of information so you can get closer to the truth and make it difficult for those in power to purposely lie to us.
